Sloik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 16 wrzesnia 2002 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sloik, przeznaczony do pakowania produktów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia sloik w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - w widoku z góry. Sloik wedlug wzoru jest uksztaltowany w ten sposób, ze wraz z nakretka tworzy jednolita bryle o wkleslej scianie bocznej. Dolna krawedz nakretki wykonczona jest waskim otokiem w ksztalcie walca. Krawedz sloika przy podstawie oraz krawedz nakretki przy scianie górnej sawyoblone. Górna sciana nakretki jest lekko uwypuklona. Wysokosc nakretki stanowi okolo 1/3 wysokosci calego opakowania. Na skale przemyslowa wzór moze byc odtworzony na formie metoda wtrysku lub metoda prasowania-formowania. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to wklesnieta sciana boczna, proporcja wysokosci nakretki do wysokosci calego opakowania wynoszaca okolo 1/3, oryginalny wyglad opakowania.fig 1 fig 2 PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since September 16, 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a jar intended for packaging cosmetic products. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the jar from the front, and Fig. 2 - from the top. According to the design, the jar is shaped so that, together with the cap, it forms a uniform solid with a concave side wall. The lower edge of the cap is finished with a narrow cylindrical rim. The edge of the jar at the base and the edge of the cap at the top are rounded. The top wall of the cap is slightly convex. The cap's height is approximately 1/3 of the total package height. On an industrial scale, the design can be reproduced on a mold using injection molding or compression molding.
