Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac buteleczki przejawia sie w je j ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonymi tysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia buteleczke w widokil^erspektywlcznym, natomiast fig.2 - ilustruje buteleczke od spodu.Buteleczka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana, korzystnie ze szkla i wyposazona w nakretke wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego.
