Sloik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 23 lutego 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sloik, przeznaczony do pakowania produktów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - w widoku z góry. Sloik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnikiem w ksztalcie stozka, przecietego równoleglymi wzgledem siebie plaszczyznami podstawy i wlotu, przy czym sciana boczna sloika jest nieznacznie uwypuklona, a krawedz miedzy podstawa a sciana boczna zaokraglona. Nakretka ma uwypuklona sciane górna iwklesla , rozszerzajaca sie ku górze sciane boczna oraz wyeksponowana zaokraglona krawedz pomiedzy sciana boczna a górna. Wysokosc nakretki do wysokosci calego opakowania jest w proporcji okolo 0,27, natomiast srednica podstawy do wysokosci opakowania jest w proporcji okolo 1,1. Na skale przemyslowa wzór moze byc odtworzony metoda wytlaczania z rozdmuchem, formowania wtryskowego lub metoda wtrysku z rozdmuchem. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to uformowanie pojemnika na ksztalt stozka o nieznacznie uwypuklonej scianie bocznej, przecietego równoleglymi wzgledem siebie plaszczyznami podstawy i wlotu, zamykanego nakretka o ksztalcie zharmonizowanym z ksztaltem sloika. Nakretka ma uwypuklona sciane górna lekko wklesla sciane boczna i wyeksponowana zaokraglona krawedz pomiedzy tymi scianami. Wysokosc nakretki do wysokosci calego opakowania jest w proporcji okolo 0,27, natomiast srednica podstawy do wysokosci opakowania jest w proporcji okolo 1,1.fig. 1 fig. 2 PL PL PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since February 23, 2004. The subject of the industrial design is a jar intended for packaging cosmetic products. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, and Fig. 2 - in a top view. According to the industrial design, the jar is a cone-shaped container, intersected by parallel planes at the base and mouth, with the side wall of the jar slightly convex, and the edge between the base and the side wall is rounded. The cap has a convex top wall and a concave, upwardly flaring side wall, and a prominent rounded edge between the side wall and the top. The cap height to the overall package height is approximately 0.27, while the base diameter to the package height is approximately 1.1. On an industrial scale, the design can be reproduced using extrusion blow molding, injection molding, or injection blow molding. The essential features of the industrial design include forming a cone-shaped container with a slightly convex side wall, intersected by parallel planes at the base and inlet, and closed with a cap shaped to match the jar's shape. The cap has a raised top wall, a slightly concave side wall, and a prominent rounded edge between these walls.
