Pojemnik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 20 grudnia 2002 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik, przeznaczony do pakowania produktów spozywczych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - miejsce przejscia sciany bocznej w podstawe. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt okraglego naczynia o srednicy wlotu okolo 1,1 razy wiekszej od srednicy podstawy. Dno pojemnika,uwypuklone w kierunku jego wnetrza, ma postac czaszy kulistej, przy czym stosunek wysokosci czaszy do wysokosci pojemnika wynosi okolo 0,22. Od znanych pojemników o podobnym przeznaczeniu kubek wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyróznia dno naczynia wybrzuszone na ksztalt czaszy kulistej o wysokosci, stanowiacej okolo 0,22 wysokosci pojemnika. Na skale przemyslowa wzór moze byc odtworzony na formie metoda cisnieniowa lub wtryskowa. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to wklesniete na ksztalt czaszy kulistej dno. PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since December 20, 2002. The industrial design is a container intended for packaging food products. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface arrangement. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the transition from the side wall to the base. According to the design, the container has the shape of a circular vessel with an inlet diameter approximately 1.1 times greater than the base diameter. The bottom of the container, convex towards the interior, has the form of a spherical cap, with the cap height to container height ratio being approximately 0.22. The industrial design mug is distinguished from known containers with similar purposes by its bulging spherical cup bottom, approximately 0.22 times the container's height. On an industrial scale, the design can be reproduced on a mold using pressure or injection molding. A key feature of the industrial design is the concave spherical cup bottom.
