Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na preparaty kosme- tyczna. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik z pokrywka w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - po- jemnik z pokrywka w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - pojemnik w widoku z dolu, fig. 4 przedstawia pojemnik bez pokrywki w widoku z boku, a fig. 5 - pojemnik bez pokrywki w widoku z góry. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru stanowi sloik w ksztalcie walca o dwóch róznych promieniach zewnetrznej powierzchni z gwintowana pokrywka w ksztalcie cy- lindra o wypuklej górnej powierzchni. Górna, walcowa czesc sloika z gwintowa powierzchnia zewnetrzna ma za- równo srednice jak i wysokosc mniejsza od dolnej, walcowej czesci sloika. Ze- wnetrzna powierzchnia gwintowanej pokrywki ma srednice wieksza od ze-wnetrznej srednicy górnej czesci sloika, a mniejsza od zewnetrznej srednicy dol- nej czesci sloika. Wewnetrzna powierzchnia sloika ma ksztalt cylindra o jednakowej sredni- cy na calej wysokosci i wypukla dolna powierzchnie, stanowiaca dno pojemnika. Dolna, zewnetrzna powierzchnia pojemnika jest powierzchnia wklesla, z wypuklym pierscieniem na obrzezu. Pojemnik moze byc wykonany z dowolnego materialu, korzystnie z two- rzywa sztucznego, w dowolnym kolorze lub dowolnym zestawieniu kolorów. The essence of the design is a new form of the container, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container with a lid in a side view, Fig. 2 shows the container with a lid in a top view, Fig. 3 shows the container in a bottom view, Fig. 4 shows the container without a lid in a side view, and Fig. 5 shows the container without a lid in a top view. The container, according to the design, is a cylindrical jar with two different outer surface radii and a threaded cylindrical lid with a convex upper surface. The upper, cylindrical part of the jar with a threaded outer surface has both a diameter and a height smaller than the lower, cylindrical part of the jar. The outer surface of the threaded lid has a diameter greater than the outer diameter of the upper part of the jar and smaller than the outer diameter of the lower part of the jar. The inner surface of the jar is cylindrical with a uniform diameter throughout and a convex lower surface, constituting the bottom of the container. The lower, outer surface of the container is concave, with a convex ring on the rim. The container may be made of any material, preferably plastic, in any color or color combination.
