Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nakretka z reliefem do butelek o elastycznej powloce, znajdujacych zastosowanie jako opakowanie plynnych wyrobów kosmetycznych i srodków czystosci. Znana jest nakretka w ksztalcie walca o jednakowej srednicy, zamknietego od góry i otwartego od dolu. W polowie nakretki znajduje sie nasadka, zamknieta od góry i otwarta u dolu, przy czym pomiedzy nasadka a walcem znajduje sie pierscien z gwintem. Zamknieta od góry powierzchnia nasadki jest gladka. Na powierzchni walca od nasadki oraz na powierzchni nasadki znajduja sie pionowe delikatne reliefy. Nakretka jest przezroczysta. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac nakretki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni, ukladzie linii na tej powierzchni. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie tym, ze nakretka jest w ksztalcie tulei, zamknietej od góry i otwartej od dolu, przy czym srednica tulei stopniowo zmniejsza sie ku górze tworzac ksztalt lekko wypukly. Krawedzie nakretki u góry sa lekko sciete i zaokraglone, tworzac na górze nakretki male, okragle, gladkie wglebienie.Górna czesc tulei, na okolo 2/3 wysokosci posiada relief skladajacy sie z pasków w ksztalcie wydluzonych trójkatów równoramiennych biegnacych z dolu ku górze, skierowanych wierzcholkiem do góry i konczacych sie na granicy z okraglym wglebieniem. W 1/3 wysokosci od dolu nakretki umieszczony jest gladki pierscien, polaczony swa górna krawedzia z tuleja, zas otwarty od dolu. Na wewnetrznej stronie pierscienia umieszczony jest gwint. Pierscien posiada wieksza srednice od tulei. Pierscien ma zaokraglone górne krawedzie. W widoku z góry nakretka ma ksztalt dwóch wspólsrodkowych okregów. Cala nakretka w rzucie bocznym ma ksztalt scietego od góry stozka. A known cap is a cylindrical cap of equal diameter, closed at the top and open at the bottom. A cap is located in the middle of the cap, closed at the top and open at the bottom, with a threaded ring between the cap and the cylinder. The closed-top surface of the cap is smooth. The cylinder surface of the cap and the cap itself feature delicate vertical reliefs. The cap is transparent. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the cap, manifested in its shape, surface properties, and the arrangement of lines on this surface. The essential features of the industrial design are that the nut is shaped like a sleeve, closed at the top and open at the bottom, with the diameter of the sleeve gradually decreasing upward, creating a slightly convex shape. The edges of the nut are slightly beveled and rounded at the top, creating a small, round, smooth recess at the top. The upper part of the sleeve, approximately two-thirds of its height, has a relief consisting of strips in the shape of elongated isosceles triangles running from the bottom upward, pointing upward and ending at the border of the circular recess. A smooth ring is placed one-third of the way from the bottom of the nut, connected by its upper edge to the sleeve, and open at the bottom. The thread is located on the inner side of the ring. The ring has a larger diameter than the sleeve. The ring has rounded upper edges. In a top view, the nut has the shape of two concentric circles. In a side view, the entire nut has the shape of a truncated cone.
