Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, posiadajaca zastosowanie jako opakowanie plynnych produktów spozywczych, a w szczególnosci soków, nektarów i wód mineralnych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Butelka wedlug wzoru posiada swoiste uksztaltowanie powierzchni dajace oryginalny efekt przestrzenny. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku. Fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku ogólnym. Istotna cecha butelki, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, jest ksztalt korpusu, który w czesci przydennej wyprofilowany jest o powierzchni , bocznej stozka scietego przechodzacej lagodnym uskokiem w powierzchnie o zarysie walca posiadajacej powyzej uksztaltowany garbik przechodzacy nastepnie w wyrazne zaznaczone przewezenie , a ponad nim powierzchnia korpusu butelki zweza sie lagodnym lukiem ku górze i zwienczona jest krótka szyjka z kolnierzem i gwintowana glówka, a ponadto powierzchnia górnej czesci korpusu ponad przewezeniem posiada zarysowane i wytloczone oryginalne w ksztalcie zdobienia o obszarach w postaci wycinków kolowych fantazyjnie usytuowanych wzgledem siebie. Powierzchnia boczna butelki o zarysie walca wyposazona jest w oryginalna etykiete. Butelka wykonana jest z tworzywa, przy czym moze byc wykonywana ze szkla i innych materialów. Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada swoiste proporcje zewnetrznej postaci powierzchni bbcznei, które podnosza jej walory estetyczne - — dLsuj M x PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle used as packaging for liquid food products, particularly juices, nectars, and mineral waters. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface. The bottle, according to the design, has a unique surface shape that creates an original three-dimensional effect. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing. Fig. 1 shows the bottle from a general view. A significant feature of the bottle, based on the industrial design, is the shape of the body, which is profiled at the bottom with a truncated cone-shaped side surface that gently slopes into a cylindrical surface with a prominent hump above it, then transitions into a distinct narrowing. Above this, the surface of the bottle body tapers upward in a gentle arc and is topped with a short neck with a collar and a threaded head. Furthermore, the upper surface of the body above the narrowing is outlined and embossed with original shaped decorations in the form of circular segments arranged fancifully relative to each other. The cylindrical side surface of the bottle is equipped with an original label. The bottle is made of plastic, although it can also be made of glass or other materials.
