Description
Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, korzystnie wykonana ze szkla i sluzaca do przechowywania plynnych produktów spozywczych, zwlaszcza alkoholu. The bottle The subject of the industrial design is a bottle, preferably made of glass, and intended to contain liquid food products, especially alcohol.
Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz materiale, z którego zostala wykonana. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the bottle, reflected in its shape and the material from which it was made.
Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku; fig. 2 - ta sama butelke w widoku od spodu; fig. 3 - ta sama butelke w widoku z góry. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawings, in which: fig. 1 - shows the bottle in a side view; Fig. 2 shows the same bottle in a bottom view; Fig. 3 is a top view of the same bottle.
Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Butelka przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 3 ma ksztalt walca zamknietego u dolu, zwezajacego sie - w okolo 2/3 wysokosci butelki - stozkowo ku górze, a nastepnie nieznacznie rozszerzajacego sie, tworzac w ten sposób szyjke butelki. Szyjka jest u góry zaopatrzona w okragly otwór wylotowy o znacznie mniejszej srednicy, niz podstawa butelki, natomiast o nieco wiekszej srednicy niz srednica szyjki w najwezszym miejscu. U góry, wokól otworu wylotowego, zewnetrzne obrzeze szyjki butelki jest zaopatrzone w zgrubienie. Important features of the industrial design: The bottle shown in Figs. 1 to 3 has the shape of a closed cylinder at the bottom, tapering - about 2/3 of the height of the bottle - conically upwards and then slightly widening, thus forming the neck of the bottle. The neck is provided with a circular outlet at the top, with a much smaller diameter than the base of the bottle, but slightly larger than the diameter of the neck at its narrowest point. At the top, around the mouth, the outer rim of the neck of the bottle is provided with a bead.
