Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, korzystnie wykonana ze szkla i sluzaca do przechowywania plynnych produktów spozywczych, zwlaszcza alkoholu. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz materiale, z którego zostala wykonana. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku; fig. 2 - ta sama butelke w widoku od spodu; fig. 3 - ta sama butelke w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Butelka przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 3 ma ksztalt walca zamknietego u dolu, zwezajacego sie - w okolo 2/3 wysokosci butelki - stozkowo ku górze, a nastepnie nieznacznie rozszerzajacego sie, tworzac w ten sposób szyjke butelki. Szyjka jest u góry zaopatrzona w okragly otwór wylotowy o znacznie mniejszej srednicy, niz podstawa butelki, natomiast o nieco wiekszej srednicy niz srednica szyjki w najwezszym miejscu. U góry, wokól otworu wylotowego, zewnetrzne obrzeze szyjki butelki jest zaopatrzone w zgrubienie. Spód butelki posiada wglebienie w postaci ostroslupa foremnego.Butelka jest wyposazona w grube scianki i korzystnie jest wykonana ze szkla potasowego wysokiej jakosci.FIG. 1FIG.2 FIG. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle, preferably made of glass and used for storing liquid food products, particularly alcohol. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and the material from which it is made. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the side; Fig. 2 - the same bottle viewed from the bottom; Fig. 3 - the same bottle viewed from above. Essential features of the industrial design: The bottle shown in Figs. 1 to 3 has the shape of a cylinder closed at the bottom, tapering conically upwards at approximately 2/3 of the bottle's height, and then slightly widening, thus creating the bottle's neck. The neck is provided with a circular outlet at the top, with a significantly smaller diameter than the base of the bottle, but with a slightly larger diameter than the diameter of the neck at its narrowest point. At the top, around the outlet, the outer rim of the bottle neck is provided with a thickening. The bottom of the bottle has a recess in the form of a regular pyramid.
