Pojemnik Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik, sluzacy do przechowywania w nim plynów lub materialów sypkich, a takze majacy zastosowanie jako wazon dla kwiatów lub innych ozdób. Cztery pojemniki mozna komponowac jako zestawy. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku na, którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik w widoku od strony sciany wypuklej, fig.2 - pojemnik w widoku od strony sciany plaskiej, a fig.3 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z góry,zas fig. 4 przedstawia zestaw czterech pojemników w widoku z góry. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Pojemnik, wedlug wzoru, ma postac prostopadlosciennej bryly o trzech scianach i plaskim dnie, posiadajacy w górnej czesci cylindryczna szyjke, osadzona na wypuklej ku górze podstawie, której wielkosc i ksztalt powierzchni jest zblizona do podstawy pojemnika.Szyjka ma w górnej czesci wywiniety na zewnatrz kolnierz. Korpus pojemnika ma trzy sciany prostopadle do podstawy pojemnika, z których dwie sciany sa plaskie i w widoku z przodu maja ksztalt prostokata, ponadto stykaja sie ze soba pod katem prostym, a naroza i krawedz w miejscu ich styku sa zaokraglone, zas sciana trzecia jest wypukla i w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt prostokata. W widoku z góry i z dolu pojemnik ma ksztalt cwiartki kola, co umozliwia komponowanie po cztery butelki w zestawy, jak pokazano na rysunku: fig. 1 - fig. 4.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig. 3 Fig.4 PLThe industrial design is for a container used to store liquids or bulk materials, and can also be used as a vase for flowers or other ornaments. Four containers can be arranged as sets. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the object, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, and shape. The design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the container viewed from a convex wall, Fig. 2 shows the container viewed from a flat wall, Fig. 3 shows the container viewed from above, and Fig. 4 shows a set of four containers viewed from above. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The container, according to the design, is a three-sided, rectangular solid with a flat bottom. It has a cylindrical neck at the top, set on a base that curves upwards, the size and shape of which are similar to the container's base. The neck has a collar at the top that turns outwards. The container body has three walls perpendicular to the container's base. Two of these walls are flat and, when viewed from the front, have a rectangular shape. Furthermore, they meet at right angles, and the corners and edge where they meet are rounded, while the third wall is convex and, when viewed from the front, has a rectangular shape.
