Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka sluzaca do konfekcjonowania i przechowywania plynów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od przodu, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od tylu, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, a na fig. 5 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od spodu. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka ma dolna czesc korpusu o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu i przekroju w ksztalcie zblizonym do owalu. Boczne sciany dolnejczesci korpusu sa nieznacznie wyoblone na zewnatrz i maja po obu stronach wydzielone prostokatne powierzchnie, natomiast w górnej czesci korpus zweza sie w kierunku walcowego zakonczenia butelki w postaci gwintowanej szyjki. Przewezona czesc korpusu butelki w widoku z boku jest z jednej strony lukowo wyoblona na zewnatrz, natomiast z drugiej strony ma dwa pólpierscieniowe wglebienia oraz lukowo wcieta krawedz, której dolna czesc jest prosta. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Butelka ma dolna czesc korpusu o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu i przekroju w ksztalcie zblizonym do owalu. Boczne sciany dolnej czesci korpusu sa nieznacznie wyoblone na zewnatrz i maja po obu stronach wydzielone prostokatne powierzchnie, natomiast w górnej czesci korpus zweza sie w kierunku walcowego zakonczenia butelki w postaci gwintowanej szyjki. Przewezona czesc korpusu butelki w widoku z boku jest z jednej strony lukowo wyoblona na zewnatrz, natomiast z drugiej strony ma dwa pólpierscieniowe wglebienia oraz lukowo wcieta krawedz, której dolna czesc jest prosta, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 i fig. 5.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle used for packaging and storing liquids. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the back, Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the top, and Fig. 5 shows the bottle from the bottom. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has a cuboid lower body with a cross-section roughly oval. The side walls of the lower part of the body are slightly outwardly curved and have rectangular surfaces on both sides, while in the upper part, the body tapers towards the cylindrical end of the bottle in the form of a threaded neck. The narrowed part of the bottle body, viewed from the side, is curved outward on one side, while on the other side, it has two semi-annular recesses and an arc-shaped indented edge, the lower part of which is straight. Essential features of the industrial design: The bottle has a cuboid lower part of the body with a roughly oval cross-section. The side walls of the lower part of the body are slightly outwardly curved and have rectangular surfaces on both sides, while in the upper part, the body tapers towards the cylindrical end of the bottle in the form of a threaded neck. The narrowed part of the bottle body in a side view is on one side arched outwards, while on the other side it has two half-ring recesses and an arc-shaped indented edge, the lower part of which is straight, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5.
