Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 21 stycznia 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla przezna- czona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfumeryjnych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym: Fig. 1 - przedstawia pierwsza odmiane butelki w widoku z przodu, Fig. 2 - przedstawia bok tej pierwszej odmiany butelki, Fig. 3 - uwidacznia druga odmiane butelki z przodu, zas Fig. 4 - uwidacznia ta druga odmiane butelki z boku, Fig. 5 - przedstawia prze- krój poprzeczny obydwu odmian butelek posrodku ich wysokosci wzdluz linii A - A zas Fig. 6 - obrazuje dna wspomnianych butelek. Natomiast fotografie przedstawiaja widok ogólny butelek, przy czym Fig. 7 - uwidacznia pierwsza odmiane butelki z przodu i z boku, zas Fig. 8 - uwidacznia widok z przodu i z boku drugiej odmiany butelki.Butelka posiada czesc zbiornikowa w ksztalcie zblizonym do cienkiego wydlu- zonego prostopadloscianu, którego podstawa stanowiaca dno butelki ma ksztalt zbli- zony do owalu ze scietymi narozami. Taki sam ksztalt ma przekrój poprzeczny butelki na dowolnej jej wysokosci. Przy czym powierzchnia scianki przedniej i powierzchnia scianki tylnej sa równolegle do osi wzdluznej butelki i prostopadle do podstawy, zas powierzchnie scianek bocznych sa wygiete do siebie po lukach osiagajac najwieksze wygiecie w okolicy srodka wysokosci butelki. Wierzch butelki przechodzi w osiowa cylindryczna szyjke, przy czym szyjka w butelce wedlug pierwszej odmiany przed- stawionej na Fig. 1 i Fig. 2 zaopatrzona jest w gwint, ponizej którego znajduje sie ota- czajacy obwodowy pierscien, natomiast szyjka w butelce wedlug drugiej odmiany przedstawionej na Fig. 3 i Fig. 4 zwienczona jest otaczajacym obwodowym pierscie- niem. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej butelki zblizony do cienkiego wydluzonego prostopadloscianu, którego podstawa stanowiaca dno butelki ma ksztalt zblizony do owalu ze scietymi narozami. Ksztalt owalu ma równiez przekrój poprzeczny butelki na dowolnej jej wysokosci. Przy czym po- wierzchnia scianki przedniej i powierzchnia scianki tylnej sa równolegle do osi wzdluznej butelki i prostopadle do podstawy, zas powierzchnie scianek bocznych sa wygiete do siebie po lukach osiagajac najwieksze wygiecie w okolicy srodka wysoko- sci butelki. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle made of glass intended primarily for packaging cosmetics and perfume liquids. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproductions. The new and original form of the object manifests itself in the shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the first variant of the bottle in a front view, Fig. 2 - shows the side of the first variant of the bottle, Fig. 3 - shows the second variant of the bottle from the front, and Fig. 4 - shows the second variant of the bottle from the side, Fig. 5 - shows a cross-section of both variants of the bottles at the midpoint of their height along the line A - A, and Fig. 6 - shows the bottoms of the aforementioned bottles. The photographs show general views of the bottles, with Fig. 7 showing the first bottle variant from the front and side, and Fig. 8 showing the front and side views of the second bottle variant. The bottle has a reservoir portion in the shape of a thin, elongated cuboid, whose base, constituting the bottom of the bottle, is roughly oval with cut corners. The cross-section of the bottle has the same shape at any height. The surfaces of the front wall and the surfaces of the rear wall are parallel to the longitudinal axis of the bottle and perpendicular to the base, while the surfaces of the side walls are bent towards each other in arcs, reaching their greatest bend near the middle of the bottle's height. The top of the bottle transitions into an axial cylindrical neck, wherein the neck in the bottle according to the first variant shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is provided with a thread, below which there is a surrounding peripheral ring, while the neck in the bottle according to the second variant shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 is topped with a surrounding peripheral ring. The essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the reservoir part of the bottle is similar to a thin, elongated cuboid, the base of which, constituting the bottom of the bottle, is similar to an oval with cut corners. The cross-section of the bottle at any height also has an oval shape. The front wall surface and the rear wall surface are parallel to the longitudinal axis of the bottle and perpendicular to the base, while the side wall surfaces are bent towards each other in arcs, reaching the greatest bend near the middle of the bottle's height.
