Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla przeznaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfumeryjnych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 - przedstawia na rysunku widok butelki z przodu, Fig. 2 - przedstawia na rysunku widok butelki z boku, Fig. 3 - przedstawia na rysunku widok butelki od strony dna Fig. 4 - przedstawia na fotografii butelke w widoku perspektywicznym z jednego boku. Fig. 5 - przedstawia na fotografii butelke w widoku perspektywicznym z jej boku drugiego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej butelki majacej postac smuklej niesymetrycznej bryly geometrycznej, której przekrój poprzeczny przy szyj- ce wlewowej jest zblizony do elipsy, zas w miare zblizania sie do dna butelki, jej przekrój poprzeczny przybiera ksztalt przypominajacy elipse, w której dluzsze boki sa.z jednej strony splaszczone i wydluzajace sie sie w mare zblizania sie do dna w stosunku do prze- ciwleglych boków tej elipsy. Natomiast przekrój poprzeczny wykonany w osi wzdluznej butelki w widoku z boku ma postac prostokata, zas w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt zblizony do czworokata, którego trzy boki sa liniami prostym, zas czwarty bok ma postac pionowej linii prostej przy szyjce, która przechodzi w lukowata wklesla linie odginajaca sie na ze- wnatrz w mare zblizania sie do dna. The design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 - shows a front view of the bottle, Fig. 2 - shows a side view of the bottle, Fig. 3 - shows a bottom view of the bottle, Fig. 4 - shows a photograph of the bottle in perspective view from one side, Fig. 5 - shows a photograph of the bottle in perspective view from the other side. The essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the reservoir portion of the bottle is a slender, asymmetrical geometric solid whose cross-section at the filler neck approximates an ellipse. As the bottle approaches the bottom, its cross-section takes on a shape resembling an ellipse, with the longer sides flattened on one side and elongating as it approaches the bottom relative to the opposite sides of the ellipse. Meanwhile, the cross-section along the longitudinal axis of the bottle in a side view is a rectangle, while in a front view it approximates a quadrangle, three of whose sides are straight lines, and the fourth side is a vertical straight line at the neck, which merges into an arc-shaped, concave line that bends outward as it approaches the bottom.
