Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkfa przeznaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfumeryjnych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 - obrazuje na fotografii widok ogólny butelki, Fig. 2 - przedstawia na rysunku zarys konturów butelki w widoku z przodu, Fig. 3 - przedstawia na rysunku zarys konturów butelki w widoku z boku, Fig. 4 - przedstawia zarys konturów butelki od strony dna Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej butelki, osadzonej na grubym dnie. Jej przekrój poprzeczny ma ksztalt zblizony do wy- puklej figury utworzonej przez dwa luki polaczone swymi koncami. Przy czym z przodu oraz z tylu kontury butelki maja ksztalt symetrycznych i wypuklych wzgledem siebie linii zwezajacych sie ku sobie w miare zblizania sie do grubego dna, zas w widoku z boku jej kontury maja zarys prostokata. The design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 - a photograph depicts a general view of the bottle, Fig. 2 - a drawing depicts the outline of the bottle's contours from the front, Fig. 3 - a drawing depicts the outline of the bottle's contours from the side, Fig. 4 - a drawing depicts the outline of the bottle's contours from the bottom. The essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the reservoir portion of the bottle, set on a thick bottom. Its cross-section resembles a convex figure formed by two arcs connected at their ends. The front and rear contours of the bottle are symmetrical and convex lines that taper towards each other as they approach the thick bottom, while in the side view, its contours are rectangular.
