Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do napojów, zwlaszcza napojów alkoholowych. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyróznia sie sposród znanych butelek nowa postacia, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na fotografiach i rysunku, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z tylu, fig.3 - butelke w widoku z lewej strony i fig. 4 przedstawia butelke wedlug wzoru w widoku z prawej strony. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma cylindryczna czesc dolna i cylindryczna czesc górna o znacznie mniejszej srednicy polaczone ze soba stozkowa szyjka, przy czym czesc górna ma u góry w poblizu wylotu zewnetrzny kolnierz, a czesc dolna zaopatrzona jest w przebiegajace dookola na wiekszej czesci jej powierzchni wglebienie odwzorowujace ksztalt ludzkiej dloni, przy czym z lewej strony butelki znajduje sie wglebienie o zarysie kciuka, z tylu wglebienie o zarysie srodkowej czesci dloni, zas z prawej stronywglebienie w ksztalcie pozostalych palców, oraz czesc dolna ma z tylu pod wglebieniem w ksztalcie dloni dwa prostokatne wglebienia i jest u dolu przy dnie butelki zaokraglona, zas z przodu posrodku stozkowej szyjki na butelce znajduje sie owalny element zawierajacy znak firmowy. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi to, ze butelka ma cylindryczna czesc dolna i cylindryczna czesc górna o znacznie mniejszej srednicy polaczone ze soba stozkowa szyjka, przy czym czesc górna ma u góry w poblizu wylotu zewnetrzny kolnierz, a czesc dolna zaopatrzona jest w przebiegajace dookola na wiekszej czesci jej powierzchni wglebienie odwzorowujace ksztalt ludzkiej dloni, przy czym z lewej strony butelki znajduje sie wglebienie o zarysie kciuka, z tylu wglebienie o zarysie srodkowej czesci dloni, zas z prawej strony wglebienie w ksztalcie pozostalych palców, oraz czesc dolna ma z tylu pod wglebieniem w ksztalcie dloni dwa prostokatne wglebienia i jest u dolu przy dnie butelki zaokraglona, zas z przodu posrodku stozkowej szyjki na butelce znajduje sie owalny element zawierajacy znak firmowy, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach i rysunku, fig.l-fig.4.Fig . 1Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 4Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle intended for beverages, particularly alcoholic beverages. The bottle according to the industrial design stands out from known bottles due to its novelty, manifested in its shape and arrangement of lines. The subject of the industrial design is shown in photographs and a drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the back, Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the left side, and Fig. 4 shows the bottle according to the design from the right side. The bottle according to the industrial design has a cylindrical lower part and a cylindrical upper part of a much smaller diameter connected by a conical neck, wherein the upper part has an external collar at the top near the outlet, and the lower part is provided with a recess running around the greater part of its surface, reproducing the shape of a human hand, wherein on the left side of the bottle there is a recess in the shape of a thumb, at the back there is a recess in the shape of the middle part of a hand, and on the right side there is a recess in the shape of the other fingers, and the lower part has two rectangular recesses at the back under the recess in the shape of a hand and is rounded at the bottom at the bottom of the bottle, while at the front, in the middle of the conical neck on the bottle, there is an oval element containing the company logo. The essential features of the industrial design are that the bottle has a cylindrical lower part and a cylindrical upper part of a significantly smaller diameter connected by a conical neck, wherein the upper part has an external collar at the top near the outlet, and the lower part is provided with a recess running around the greater part of its surface resembling the shape of a human hand, wherein on the left side of the bottle there is a recess in the shape of a thumb, at the back there is a recess in the shape of the middle part of a hand, and on the right side there is a recess in the shape of the other fingers, and the lower part has two rectangular recesses at the back under the recess in the shape of a hand and is rounded at the bottom at the bottom of the bottle, while at the front in the middle of the conical neck on the bottle there is an oval element containing the company logo, as shown in the attached photographs and drawings, fig.1-fig.4.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 4Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PL PL
