OZDOBNA BUTELKA Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 1999 r. Wzorem zdobniczym jest nowa postac estetyczna ozdobnej, przezroczystej butelki do przechowywania plynów, zwlaszcza, napojów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, które przedstawiaja butelke w widoku z przodu i z boku. Ozdobna butelka wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma postac stylizowanego prostopadloscianu z zaokraglonymi narozami. Czesc górna stanowi walcowa szyjka zakonczona kolnierzem, a w dolnej czesci szyjki znajduje sie plastyczno wypukly pierscien. Dno butelki jest plaskie od zewnatrz, zas wypukle od strony wewnetrznej butelki. Na fotografiach pokazano butelke z korkiem, zakonczonym nasadka z uchwytem pierscieniowym. Pomiedzy pierscieniem a kolnierzem szyjki jest obejma, która laczy lancuszek z uchwytem pierscieniowym korka, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i fig.2. Butelka wedlug wzoru, oprócz jej cech wyszczególnionych powyzej, ma jako calosc ksztalt ergonomiczny pozwalajacy na bezpieczne poslugiwanie sie nia, zarówno przy czynnosciach pakowania, jak i spozywania napojów wypelniajacych butelke. Elementy zdobnicze butelki przejawiaja sie w odpowiednim uksztaltowaniu linii tworzacych obrys bryly, dna i szyjki butelki, stwarzajacych pozadane wrazenie unikalnosci, rzemieslniczego - firmowego wykonania butelki. PL PL PLDECORATIVE BOTTLE The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since 1999. The ornamental design is a new aesthetic form of a decorative, transparent bottle for storing liquids, particularly alcoholic beverages. The essence of the ornamental design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, which depict the bottle from the front and side. The ornamental bottle, according to the ornamental design, takes the form of a stylized cuboid with rounded corners. The upper part is a cylindrical neck with a flange, and the lower part of the neck has a plastically convex ring. The bottom of the bottle is flat on the outside and convex on the inside. The photographs show a bottle with a cork, topped with a cap with a ring handle. Between the ring and the neck collar is a clamp that connects the chain to the cork's ring handle, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. In addition to the features detailed above, the bottle, as modeled, has an overall ergonomic shape that allows for safe handling, both for packaging and for consuming the beverages contained within. The bottle's decorative elements are evident in the appropriate shaping of the lines that form the outline of the bottle's body, bottom, and neck, creating the desired impression of uniqueness and craftsmanship.
