Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona jako opakowanie plynnych srodków czystosci, srodków dezynfekujacych oraz wyrobów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltu. Przedmiot uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z drugiego boku, a fig. 4 przedstawia butelke w widoku z dolu. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, ma postac splaszczonej bryly o podstawie zblizonej do czworoboku, w którym dwa dluzsze, naprzeciwlegle boki, sa sobie równe i maja ksztalt luków wypuklych na zewnatrz, a ich konce lacza sie z dwoma krótszymi, posiadajacymi rózna dlugosc, lekko lukowymi bokami. Sciany czolowa i tylna maja symetryczne wzgledem siebie ksztalty, obie sa lekko wypukle.Krawedzie sciany czolowej i tylnej, znajdujace sie przy jednej ze scian bocznych, sa linia zblizona ksztaltem do wydluzonej litery S, która to linia jest wypukla w górnej czesci korpusu butelki, a nastepnie kieruje sie ku dolowi butelki, tworzac w dolnej czesci lukowe wciecie, po czym kieruje sie na zewnatrz. Na tej scianie bocznej widnieje wglebienie rozpoczynajace sie w dolnej czesci tej sciany i konczace sie powyzej polowy korpusu butelki, a w widoku czolowym krawedzie tego wglebienia tworza figure, zblizona ksztaltem do elipsy, utworzona z dwóch, naprzeciwko siebie lezacych luków, o wypuklosciach skierowanych w przeciwnych kierunkach i niestykajacych sie ze soba. Druga sciana boczna ma w górnej czesci niewielka powierzchnie lukowa / po czym przechodzi pionowo ku dolowi korpusu butelki. U góry i po obu bokach tej sciany wykonany jest wklesly relief, przechodzacy na sciany czolowa I tylna, który w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt figury, która u góry jest lukiem, skierowanym ku górze, zas po obu bokach tworzy linie lukowe, biegnace ku dolowi i do siebie zblizajace sie. W dolnej czesci korpusu butelki jest wymodelowane lukowe wybrzuszenie, które rozpoczyna sie przy podstawie korpusu butelki od strony sciany z eliptycznym wglebieniem i unosi sie lagodnie ku górze w kierunku drugiego boku, zas na powierzchniach bocznych wybrzuszenie to jest równolegle do podstawy, jak to pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1 do fig. 4. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the object, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, and shape. The object is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 2 from the front, Fig. 3 from the other side, and Fig. 4 from the bottom. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The bottle, according to the industrial design, has the form of a flattened solid with a base resembling a quadrilateral, in which two longer, opposite sides are equal and have the shape of convex arcs outward, and their ends connect to two shorter, slightly arced sides of different lengths. The front and rear walls are symmetrical, with both being slightly convex. The edges of the front and rear walls, located at one of the side walls, form a line similar to an elongated letter S. This line convexly extends from the top of the bottle body, then curves downward toward the bottom, creating an arc-like recess in the lower part, before curving outward. This side wall features a recess starting at the bottom of the wall and ending above the middle of the bottle body. In the frontal view, the edges of this recess form a figure similar to an ellipse, formed by two opposing arcs, with their convexities pointing in opposite directions and not touching each other. The second side wall has a small arc-shaped surface at the top, then extends vertically downward toward the bottom of the bottle body. A concave relief is created at the top and on both sides of this wall, extending onto the front and rear walls. From the front, this relief has the shape of a figure. At the top, it is an upward arc, while on both sides, it forms arc lines that run downward and converge. The lower part of the bottle body features an arc-shaped bulge, which begins at the base of the bottle body on the side with the elliptical recess and rises gently upward toward the other side.
