Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka o elastycznej powloce, przeznaczona jako opakowanie srodków czystosci oraz wyrobów kosmetycznych. Znana jest butelka w postaci plaskiej bryly z usytuowanym w strefie srodkowej otworem, posiadajaca jednakowo uksztaltowane powierzchnie czolowa i tylna, na których znajduja sie wglebienia majace poczatek w górnej czesci butelki i kieruja sie szerokim lukiem ku dolnej czesci w strefie dna butelki. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu, nadana mu pr^iez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltu. Przedmiot yyzoru zostal uwidoczniony na fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. ^ - butelkew widoku z boku posiadajacego wglebienie, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z dolu, a fig. 4 przedstawia butelke w widoku z góry, zas fig. 5 — powiekszenie butelki w widoku z przodu z fig. 1. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiadajaca korpus z szyjka oraz symetryczne sciany czolowa i tylna majace na swojej powierzchni lukowe wyciecia, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt splaszczonej bryly o podstawie eliptycznej i o symetrycznych scianach czolowej i tylnej, zwezajacej sie ku górze I przypominajacej w widoku czolowym sciane ostroslupa scietego, przy czym stosunek dlugosci obu boków tej figury wynosi okolo 3/5, ponadto butelka, w widoku z góry, ma ksztalt zblizony do figury przypominajacej czworobok o zaokraglonych narozach, gdzie jeden z krótszych boków znajdujacy sie po stronie sciany bocznej, posiadajacej wglebienie, utworzony jest z linii lukowej o promieniu mniejszym niz naprzeciwlegly bok. Sciany czolowa i tylna maja jednakowo uksztaltowane powierzchnie, na których znajduja sie wymodelowane wglebienia, oddzielone od góry lukiem wygietym ku górze, a nastepnie opadajacym w dól, równolegle do jednego z boków korpusu butelki w kierunku podstawy butelki. Nastepnie wglebienie zmienia kierunek i w niewielkiej odleglosci od tej podstawy biegnie lagodnym lukiem ku drugiemu i bokowi korpusu butelki, który to bok ma w górnej czesci, pod górna czescia lukowego wglebienia wciecie, które w widoku czolowym przypomina rozciagnieta w pionie litere przypominajaca duze S, zas stosunek dluzszej srednicy podstawy butelki do wysokosci tej butelki wynosi okolo 1/3, jak pokazano na fotografiach - fig.1 do fig.5. The industrial design is a bottle with a flexible coating, intended for packaging cleaning products and cosmetics. The bottle is a flat shape with an opening in the center, with identically shaped front and rear surfaces, each containing recesses originating in the upper part of the bottle and extending in a wide arc towards the lower part at the bottom of the bottle. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the object, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, and shape. The object of the yyzor was shown in photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. ^ - the bottle in a side view with a recess, Fig. 3 - the bottle in a bottom view, Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a top view, while Fig. 5 - an enlargement of the bottle in the front view from Fig. 1. Essential features of the industrial design The bottle, according to the industrial design, having a body with a neck and symmetrical front and back walls having arc-shaped cutouts on their surface, is characterized in that it has the shape of a flattened solid with an elliptical base and symmetrical front and back walls, narrowing upwards and resembling in the front view the wall of a truncated pyramid, wherein the ratio of the lengths of both sides of this figure is approximately 3/5, moreover, the bottle, in the view from The top has a shape similar to a figure resembling a quadrilateral with rounded corners, where one of the shorter sides, located on the side of the side wall with a recess, is formed by an arc line with a radius smaller than the opposite side. The front and rear walls have identically shaped surfaces, on which there are modeled recesses, separated from the top by an arc that curves upward and then slopes downward, parallel to one of the sides of the bottle body towards the base of the bottle. The recess then changes direction and, at a short distance from this base, runs in a gentle arc towards the other side of the bottle body, which side has a notch in its upper part, under the upper part of the arc-shaped recess, which in a frontal view resembles a vertically stretched letter resembling a capital S, while the ratio of the longer diameter of the bottle base to the height of this bottle is approximately 1/3, as shown in photographs - fig. 1 to fig. 5.
