Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka o elastycznej powloce, przeznaczona jako opakowanie plynnych srodków czystosci. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na fotografiach i rysunku, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - odmiane butelki z fig. 1 w widoku z przodu, a fig. 3 przedstawia odmiane butelki z fig.l w widoku z boku, zas fig. 4 rysunek odmiany butelki z fig. I w widoku z przodu. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiadajaca korpus z szyjka oraz eliptyczne dno, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztaltsplaszczonej bryly, a jej sciany czolowa i tylna sa lekko wypukle i maja symetryczne wzgledem siebie ksztalty. W ich górnej czesci, ponizej szyjki, wykonane jest ukosne wglebienie, odchylone od plaszczyzny scian czolowej i tylnej ku srodkowi butelki; wglebienie to ma ksztalt figury zblizonej do trójkata równoramiennego, odwróconego podstawa do góry. Sciany boczne, w górnej czesci sa wypukle, a nastepnie lagodnym lukiem tworza wglebienie w srodkowej czesci korpusu butelki, po czym odchylaja sie lukiem na zewnatrz korpusu i prostopadle kieruja sie ku podstawie butelki. W górnej czesci sciany czolowej i tylnej butelka ma lukowe wytloczenie, skierowane lukiem ku górze, zas w dolnej czesci ma lukowe wytloczenie skierowane lukiem ku podstawie, ponadto dookola korpusu pojemnika, w jego dolnej czesci, ponizej lukowego wytloczenia, umieszczone sa reliefy w ksztalcie fali, wykonanej za pómoca luków, zwróconych wypukloscia ku górze i laczacych sie ze soba pod katem ostrym, jak pokazano na fotografii - fig. 1. Odmiana butelki z fig. 1 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze butelka posiada nasadke z uchylna przykrywka. Nasadka jest osadzona na wglebieniu i ma w miejscu styku ksztalt figury zblizonej do trójkata równoramiennego, podobnie jak wglebienia na korpusie butelki, co zostalo pokazane na fotografiach fig. 2 i fig. 3 oraz na rysunku - fig.4. The industrial design is a bottle with a flexible coating, intended as a container for liquid cleaning products. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the object, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, and shape. The design is illustrated in photographs and a drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from a front view, Fig. 2 shows a front view of the bottle from Fig. 1, Fig. 3 shows a side view of the bottle from Fig. 1, and Fig. 4 shows a front view of the bottle from Fig. 1. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The industrial design bottle, which has a body with a neck and an elliptical bottom, is characterized by its flattened shape, with slightly convex and symmetrical front and rear walls. In its upper part, below the neck, there is a diagonal recess, diverging from the plane of the front and rear walls towards the center of the bottle; this recess is shaped like a figure resembling an isosceles triangle, inverted with the base facing upward. The side walls are convex in the upper part, then gently curve into a recess in the central part of the bottle body. Afterwards, they arc outward from the body and extend perpendicularly towards the base of the bottle. In the upper part of the front and rear walls, the bottle has an arched embossing, the arch pointing upwards, while in the lower part it has an arched embossing, the arch pointing towards the base. Furthermore, around the body of the container, in its lower part, below the arched embossing, there are wave-shaped reliefs made using arches, the convexity pointing upwards and connecting at an acute angle, as shown in the photograph - Fig. 1. The variant of the bottle from Fig. 1 is characterized in that the bottle has a cap with a hinged lid. The cap is mounted on a recess and has the shape of a figure similar to an isosceles triangle at the point of contact, similar to the recesses on the body of the bottle, as shown in photographs - Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 and in the drawing - Fig. 4.
