Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 9 marca 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania plynów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ksztalcie czesci zbiornikowej butelki. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 - uwidacznia butelke z boku, zas Fig. 2 -uwidacznia dno butelki, natomiast fotografia Fig. 3 - przedstawia widok ogólny butelki w pozycji stojacej z boku i w pozycji lezacej po skosie od strony dna. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada czesc zbiornikowa w ksztalcie smuklego walca o cienkich sciankach. Dno butelki oraz wierzch sa pla- skie. Przy czym plaski wierzch butelki posiada cylindryczna szyjke zakonczona obwodowym zewnetrznym kolnierzem, ponizej którego szyjka ta ma pierscie- niowe zgrubienie i dalej przechodzi po luku we wspomniany plaski wierzch bu-telki. Wysokosc czesci zbiornikowej butelki jest okolo trzy razy wieksza od jej srednicy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej butelki, majacej postac smuklego walca o cienkich sciankach. Dno i wierzch butelki sa plaskie, przy czym wierzch zaopatrzony jest w cylindryczna szyjke zakonczona obwodowym zewnetrznym kolnierzem. Ponizej tego kolnierza szyjka ta ma pier- scieniowe zgrubienie i dalej przechodzi po luku we wspomniany plaski wierzch butelki. The industrial design is a bottle made of glass, intended primarily for packaging cosmetic liquids. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproductions. The new and original form of the object manifests itself in the shape of the bottle's reservoir. The design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 2 shows the bottle's bottom, and Fig. 3 shows a general view of the bottle in an upright position from the side and in a lying position diagonally from the bottom. The bottle according to the industrial design has a reservoir in the shape of a slender cylinder with thin walls. The bottle's bottom and top are flat. The flat top of the bottle has a cylindrical neck terminated with a circumferential outer flange, below which the neck has an annular thickening and continues in an arc to form the flat top of the bottle. The height of the reservoir portion of the bottle is approximately three times its diameter. The essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the reservoir portion of the bottle, which has the form of a slender cylinder with thin walls. The bottom and top of the bottle are flat, with the top provided with a cylindrical neck terminated with a circumferential outer flange. Below this flange, the neck has an annular thickening and continues in an arc to form the flat top of the bottle.
