Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie butelki, która jest przeznaczona jako opakowanie dla srodków plynnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig.2- butelke w widoku z góry. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca korpus i dwusegmentowa przykrywke, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus ma ksztalt bryly, która w czesci dolnej ma ksztalt beczulki, a w czesci górnej stozka scietego, przy czym w miejscu styku obu czesci znajduja sie trzy obwodowe, ozdobne wypuklosci. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the bottle, which is intended as a packaging for liquids. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a top view. The bottle according to the industrial design, comprising a body and a two-segment lid, has the following essential features: the body is shaped like a solid, with a barrel-shaped lower section and a truncated cone in the upper section, with three peripheral, decorative protrusions at the point of contact between the two parts.
