Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie butelki, która jest przeznaczona jako opakowanie dla srodków plynnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig.2- butelke w widoku z góry. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca korpus z raczka i dwusegmentowa przykrywke, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus z raczka ma ksztalt bryly, która ma w widoku z góry zarys osmiokata, przy czym na dwóch skosnych scianach bocznych sasiadujacych z wypukla sciana przednia widoczne sa ozdobne wypukle zarysy lukowate. Korpus jest w kolorze jasno-zielonym, zas dwusegmentowa przykrywkaobejmujaca dwa zestawione na sobie walce o róznych srednicach i zebrowanych powierzchniach bocznych, ma kolor ciemno-zielony, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l i fig.2.FIG.1FIG.1 FIG.2 PL PLCreator of the industrial design: VESCOVINI Luca. The right of registration of the design is valid from: August 7, 2003. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the bottle, which is intended as a packaging for liquids. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a top view. The bottle according to the industrial design, comprising a body with a handle and a two-segment lid, has the following essential features: the body with the handle is shaped like a solid, which in a top view has the outline of an octagon, with decorative convex arcuate outlines visible on the two oblique side walls adjacent to the convex front wall. The body is light green in color, while the two-segment cover, which includes two stacked cylinders of different diameters and ribbed side surfaces, is dark green in color, as shown in the attached drawing, fig.1 and fig.2.FIG.1 FIG.2 PL PL
