Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 28 stycznia 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfumeryjnych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 - uwidacznia butelke z boku, Fig. 2 - uwidacznia butelke z góry, Fig. 3 - uwidacznia dno butelki, natomiast fotografia Fig.4 - przedstawia widok ogólny butelki. Butelka posiada czesc zbiornikowa w ksztalcie scietego od góry prostego ostroslupa o podstawie kwadratu. Przy czym dno butelki stanowi kwadratowa podstawa tego ostroslupa, zas sciety jego wierzcholek przechodzi w cylindryczna szyjke pokryta gwintem, która stanowi otwór wlewowy butelki.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej butelki majacej postac scietego od góry ostroslupa prostego o podstawie kwadratu. Przy czym sciety jego wierzcholek przechodzi w cylindryczna szyjke wlewowa butelki, która jest pokryta gwintem, zas jego kwadratowa podstawa stanowi dno butelki. HUTA SZKLA „Czechy" S.A. The industrial design is a bottle made of glass, intended primarily for packaging cosmetics and perfume liquids. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproductions. The new and original form of the object manifests itself in its shape. The design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the top, Fig. 3 shows the bottom of the bottle, and photograph Fig. 4 shows a general view of the bottle. The bottle has a reservoir section in the shape of a straight pyramid truncated at the top with a square base. The bottom of the bottle is the square base of this pyramid, and its truncated top transforms into a cylindrical neck covered with a thread, which constitutes the bottle's filling opening. The essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the bottle's reservoir part in the form of a straight pyramid truncated at the top with a square base.
