Miernicka Alina, Garwolin, (PL)Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 17 maja 2002 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania plynów perfumeryjnych oraz lakieru. Istota wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, Fig. 1 - uwi- daczniajaca butelke z boku, Fig. 2 - przedstawiajaca dno butelki. Butelka sklada sie z czesci zbiornikowej w postaci zblizonej do smuklego walca, którego jedno zakonczenie stanowi plaskie dno butelki, natomiast drugie jej wierzch. Przy czym to dno i wierzch sa plaskie i posiadaja jednakowa sred- nice, natomiast grubosc butelki pomiedzy nimi zmienia sie po krzywej falujacej zblizonej do sinusoidy. Butelka od dna rozszerza sie po lagodnym luku osiagajac najwieksza grubosc zblizona do 1,1 srednicy dna na poziomie okolo 1/6 swojej wysokosci. Po czym butelka zweza sie po lagodnym luku i po osiagnieciu mini-malnej grubosci zblizonej do 0,8 srednicy dna na poziomie okolo 2/3 swojej wy- sokosci Nastepnie rozszerza sie do plaskiego wierzchu po lagodnej linii lukowa- tej. Wierzch butelki zaopatrzony jest w osiowa szyjke, która posiada otaczajacy pierscien i jest zakonczona wypuklym otaczajacym kolnierzem. Natomiast dno w poblizu krawedzi ma szlaczek w postaci kropkowych zgrubien. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt butelki, który zblizony jest do smuklego walca, którego zakonczenia stanowiace plaskie dno i plaski wierzch maja jednakowa srednice, natomiast grubosc butelki pomiedzy nimi zmienia sie po krzywej falujacej zblizonej do sinusoidy. Wierzch butelki zaopatrzony jest w osiowa szyjke, która posiada otaczajacy pierscien i jest zakonczona wypuklym otaczajacym kolnierzem.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLMiernicka Alina, Garwolin, (PL) Bottle The industrial design registration right is valid from: 17 May 2002. The industrial design is a bottle made of glass, intended primarily for packaging perfume liquids and varnish. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproductions. The new and original form of the object is manifested in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1 - showing the bottle from the side, Fig. 2 - showing the bottom of the bottle. The bottle consists of a reservoir part in the form of a slender cylinder, one end of which is the flat bottom of the bottle, while the other end is its top. The bottom and top are flat and of equal diameter, while the thickness of the bottle between them varies along an undulating curve, close to a sinusoid. The bottle expands from the bottom in a gentle arc, reaching its greatest thickness of approximately 1.1 times the bottom diameter at approximately 1/6 of its height. Afterwards, the bottle narrows in a gentle arc, and after reaching a minimum thickness of approximately 0.8 times the bottom diameter at approximately 2/3 of its height, it then expands to a flat top in a gentle arc. The top of the bottle is equipped with an axial neck, which has a surrounding ring and ends with a convex surrounding flange. The bottom, on the other hand, has a pattern of dot-like bulges near the edge. The essential features of the industrial design are: the bottle's shape, which resembles a slender cylinder, the flat bottom and the flat top of which have the same diameter, while the bottle's thickness between them varies in an undulating curve, close to a sinusoid.
