Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pisaka, przejawia- jaca sie w ksztalcie. Pisak stanowi instrument do pisania, ry- sowania oraz malowania. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia pisak w wido- ku z boku, fig.2- pisak w widoku z boku ze zdjeta nasadka, fig.3- pisak w widoku z góry, fig.4- pisak w widoku z dolu, a fig.5- widok pisaka ze zdjeta nasadka z góry. Pisak wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, obejmujacy segmentowana czesc piszaca i nakladke, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze nakladka ma ksztalt dwuczlonowego cylindra, przy czym górny czlon mamniejsza srednice i wysokosc niz dolny czlon, a pomiedzy czlonami znajduje sie czesc w ksztalcie stozka scietego, zas na obwodzie nakladki znajduje sie piec zeber rozstawionych w równych odstepach i biegnacych równolegle do osi nakladki z powierzchni górnej do krawedzi dolnej powierzchni bocznej nakladki. Jedno z zeber stanowi podpórke pod spinacz, który wystaje ponizej krawedzi dolnej nakladki, a jego koniec jest odgiety. Segmentowana czesc piszaca pisaka obejmujaca konców- ke piszaca w ksztalcie zestawionych na sobie cylindrów i stozków scietych oraz cylindryczny uchwyt, który ma w czes- ci górnej wystepy rozstawione w równych odstepach i biegnace równolegle do osi uchwytu. The subject of the ornamental design is a pen. The essence of the design is a new form of the pen, manifested in its shape. The pen is an instrument for writing, drawing, and painting. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the pen from a side view, Fig. 2 - the pen from a side view with the cap removed, Fig. 3 - the pen from a top view, Fig. 4 - the pen from a bottom view, and Fig. 5 - a top view of the pen with the cap removed. A marker pen with a decorative design, comprising a segmented writing section and a cap, is characterized by the cap having the shape of a two-part cylinder, with the upper section having a smaller diameter and height than the lower section, and a truncated cone-shaped section between the sections. The cap's circumference is provided by five ribs, spaced at equal intervals and running parallel to the cap's axis from the upper surface to the lower edge of the side surface of the cap. One of the ribs supports a paper clip, which protrudes below the lower edge of the cap, with its end bent. The segmented writing part of the pen includes a writing tip in the shape of stacked cylinders and truncated cones, and a cylindrical handle, the upper part of which has protrusions spaced at equal intervals and running parallel to the handle axis.
