Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przeja- wiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz uformowaniu powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym ry- sunku i fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, z ukazaniem istoty zdobienia, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - pusta i napelniona butelke w widoku z boku. Butelka ma ksztalt walcowo-stozkowy. Górna czesc butelki ma forme stozka, którego sciety wierzcholek przechodzi w nagwintowana szyj- ke. Pobocznica stozka ma lukowy zarys. Na obwodzie dolnej czesci stozka rozmieszczone sa w regularnych odstepach zdobienia w postaci wytloczonych symboli choinki.Ponizej stozka usytuowana jest czesc walcowa, przechodzaca u dolu w podstawe w postaci pieciu wystepów przedzielonych wglebieniami. Pomiedzy czescia stozkowa a czescia walcowa znajduje sie obwo- dowy rowek, którego dno jest plaskie a brzegi maja lukowy zarys, przechodzacy z jednej strony w pobocznice stozka, z drugiej strony - w pobocznice walca. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface formation. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, showing the essence of the decoration, Fig. 2 - the bottle in a side view, Fig. 3 - the empty and filled bottle in a side view. The bottle has a cylindrical-conical shape. The upper part of the bottle is in the form of a cone, the truncated top of which merges into a threaded neck. The side of the cone has an arched outline. The circumference of the lower part of the cone is decorated at regular intervals with embossed Christmas tree symbols. Below the cone is a cylindrical section, which merges into a base at the bottom with five protrusions separated by recesses. Between the conical section and the cylindrical section is a circumferential groove, the bottom of which is flat and the edges have an arc-shaped shape, merging on one side with the cone's sides and on the other with the cylinder's sides.
