Butelka prosta Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia.30.03.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka prosta przeznaczona szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku. Jak pokazano na rysunku - butelka posiada ksztalt walca, który na dole przy polaczeniu z podstawa ma lekko zaokraglone krawedzie i tworzy wklesle do srodka dno. Natomiast w górnej czesci walec ten przybiera ksztalt stozka scietego. Z mniejsza, górna podstawa tego stozka laczy sie szyjka butelki, która ma ksztalt smuklego walca zakonczonego takze walcem lecz niskim i o nieco wiekszej srednicy niz srednica szyjki. In the upper part, however, the cylinder takes the shape of a truncated cone. The lower, upper base of this cone is connected with the neck of the bottle, which has the shape of a slender cylinder, also ended with a cylinder, but a low one, and with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the neck.
