Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku. Jak pokazano na rysunku - butelka posiada ksztalt walca, który na dole przy polaczeniu z podstawa ma lekko zaokraglone krawedzie i tworzy wklesle do srodka dno. Natomiast w górnej czesci walec ten przybiera ksztalt stozka scietego. Z mniejsza, górna podstawa tego stozka laczy sie szyjka butelki, która ma ksztalt smuklego walca zakonczonego takze walcem lecz niskim i o nieco wiekszej srednicy niz srednica szyjki. The essence of the design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is cylindrical in shape, with slightly rounded edges at the bottom, where it meets the base, creating a concave bottom. In the upper part, the cylinder takes on the shape of a truncated cone. The bottle's neck, which is a slender cylinder with a cylinder at the end, is also low and has a slightly larger diameter than the neck.
