Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii konturowych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku. PL PL PLThe Bottle's design registration right is valid from December 3, 1999. The design is a bottle specifically designed for alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its original shape and arrangement of contour lines. The design is shown in the attached drawing. The bottle, according to the design, is shaped so that its slender, cylindrical neck flows in a gentle concave arc towards the center, and then convexly into a smooth, circumferential rim constituting the upper part of the bottle. This rim then connects with a sharp chamfer to the central, cylindrical part of the bottle, which is cylindrical in shape and has a diameter smaller than the rim diameter. The cylindrical part, however, connects below with a gentle arc to the lower part of the bottle, convex around the circumference, which has a diameter significantly larger than the diameter of the middle part and slightly larger than the diameter of the flange. The base of the bottle is a cylinder, connected to the convex lower part, with a low height and a bottom slightly concave towards the center of the bottle. PL PL PL
