Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka, przeznaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania napojów alkoholowych Istota wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonej fotografii, przedstawiajacej butelke w widoku ogólnym. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest uksztaltowana w formie przypominajacej zwrócony ku dolowi kisc winogron, opierajaca sie o podstawe. Podstawa ma ksztalt scietego u góry stozka zobwodowym pierscieniem u dolu. W górnej czesci butelka jest wyposazona w szyjke zwezajaca sie ku górze, która w dolnej czesci ma zarys przypominajacy galaz wysuwajaca sie z kisci winogron. Swiadcza o tym rozmieszczone na jej powierzchni i zanikajace ku górze nieregularne rowki. Szyjka jest zaopatrzona ponizej gwintu w dwa obwodowe pierscienie, jeden wezszy, drugi szerszy, przy czym na odcinku przechodzacym w pierscienie szyjka butelki posiada niewielkie przewezenie. PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since November 24, 1997. The design is a bottle, primarily intended for packaging alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface decoration. The design is illustrated in the attached photograph, which shows a general view of the bottle. The bottle, in accordance with the ornamental design, is shaped in a form resembling a bunch of grapes turned downwards, resting on a base. The base has the shape of a truncated cone at the top with a circumferential ring at the bottom. In the upper part, the bottle is equipped with a neck that tapers upwards, the lower part of which has an outline resembling a branch extending from a bunch of grapes. This is evidenced by the irregular grooves distributed on its surface, which disappear upwards. The neck is fitted with two circumferential rings below the thread, one narrower, the other wider, and the neck of the bottle is slightly narrowed in the section that passes into the rings.
