Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka, zwlaszcza do aromatów, znajdujaca zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu równiez innych artykulów spozywczych. Istota wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przewijajaca sie w ksztalcie i elementach zdobienia. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 przedstawiajacym butelke w widoku z boku oraz na zalaczonejfotografii, fig 2. - prezentujacej butelke w widoku ogólnym z góry oraz od spodu. Butelka zwlaszcza do aromatów, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest uksztaltowana w formie stylizowanego dzbanka. Jej dolna czesc ma forme walca, zakonczonego u góry obwodowym uskokiem. Powyzej uskoku ksztalt butelki przybiera forme stylizowanego dzwonu, którego boczna scianka jest lukowo uksztaltowana. W górnej czesci usytuowany jest uskok, powyzej którego jest gwintowana szyjka. Czesc butelki o zarysie dzwonu jest wyposazona w stylizowane ucho. Butelka od spodu ma postument o srednicy mniejszej niz znajdujaca sie powyzej czesc walcowa. PL PLThe design registration right is valid from October 12, 1999. The design is for a bottle, specifically for flavorings, which is also used in the packaging of other food products. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, recurring in its shape and decorative elements. The design is illustrated in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the bottle from the side, and in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, showing the bottle from the top and bottom in general view. The design, specifically for flavorings, is shaped like a stylized jug, in accordance with the design. Its lower part is cylindrical, topped with a circumferential recess. Above the ledge, the bottle's shape takes the form of a stylized bell, with an arched side wall. The upper section features a ledge, above which is a threaded neck. The bell-shaped portion of the bottle is equipped with a stylized handle. The bottle's base has a pedestal with a smaller diameter than the cylindrical portion above it.
