Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 5 listopada 1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu najczesciej wyrobów kosmetycznych, szczególnie lakieru do paznokci. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych butelce nowy. oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 i fig.2 - przedstawiajacym butelke w widoku z boku orazw widoku od spodu a takze na zalaczonej fotografii, fig 3. - prezentujacej butelke w widoku z boku i od spodu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest wyposazona w nagwintowana szyjke. Jej czesc zbiornikowa jest uksztaltowana w formie zblizonej do scietego u góry i zwezonego u dolu stozka, wspartego na podstawie. Podstawa ma forme krazka, którego srednica jest mniejsza niz srednica usytuowanej nad nim czesci zbiornikowej. U góry stozek jest zakonczony uskokiem, przechodzacy nastepnie w szyjke, która ponizej gwintu jest zaopatrzona w pierscien. Czesc zbiornikowa butelki posiada zdobienie, stanowia rozmieszczone jedna obok drugiej wypuklosci ukladajace sie w forme zwoju. Wypuklosci te w przekroju poprzecznym maja zarys fragmentów kól. PL PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since November 5, 1999. The design is a bottle, most often used in the packaging of cosmetic products, particularly nail polish. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the bottle a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is illustrated in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, showing the bottle from the side and bottom, and in the attached photograph, Fig. 3, showing the bottle from the side and bottom. The bottle, in accordance with the ornamental design, is equipped with a threaded neck. Its reservoir portion is shaped like a cone, truncated at the top and narrowed at the bottom, supported by a base. The base is shaped like a disc, the diameter of which is smaller than the diameter of the reservoir above it. At the top, the cone terminates in a step, which then transitions into a neck, which is fitted with a ring below the thread. The reservoir portion of the bottle is decorated with protrusions arranged side by side in a scroll shape. In cross-section, these protrusions have the outline of fragments of circles. PL PL PL
