Pucharek z przykrywka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 20.08.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pucharek z przykrywka ze szkla krysztalowego. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie podstawy i przykrywki oraz dekoracji powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku w pólprzekroju. Pucharek wedlug wzoru ma czarke w ksztalcie odwróconego stozka scietego, podstawe w ksztalcie wycinka czaszy stozka i przykrywke w ksztalcie scietego stozka, przy czym nieco poszerzone dolne obrzeze przykrywki i górne obrzeze czarki maja postac zaokraglonego do wewnatrz kolnierza. Na wierzcholku przykrywki jest okragly uchwyt o owalnym obrysie. Na styku polaczenia dolnej czesci czarki z podstawa jest wkomponowana opaska o obrysie splaszczonego krazka. Powierzchnia zaokraglonych obrzezy podstawy, czarki, przykrywki, opaski i uchwytu ma zdobine w postaci matu. Na tak wykonany pucharek mozna dodatkowo nanosic znane motywy zdobnicze w celu podniesienia walorów estetycznych. The essence of the decorative pattern is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the base and cover as well as surface decoration. The subject of the decorative pattern is presented in the attached drawing in half section. According to the pattern, the cup has the shape of an inverted cone, a base in the shape of a section of a cone and a lid in the shape of a truncated cone, while the slightly widened lower rim of the lid and the upper rim of the cup have the form of a collar rounded to the inside. On the top of the lid is a round handle with an oval outline. At the junction of the connection between the bottom of the cup and the base, there is a band with the contour of a flattened disc. The surface of the rounded edges of the base, cup, lid, band and handle is decorated in the form of a mat. On the cup made this way, you can additionally apply known decorative motifs in order to increase the aesthetic value. PL

Protective Claims 1. A cup having a cup, a base and a lid with a handle, characterized by the fact that it has an inverted taper-cone-shaped cup, a cone-shaped section of the base and a truncated-cone-shaped cover, and a slightly widened lower rim of the lid and upper rounded edges to the inside of the collar and on the top of the cover there is a round handle with an oval contour, while at the junction of the connection between the bottom of the cup and the base there is a band with a flat disc contour, as shown in the picture.
