Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie czarki i nózki oraz zdobinie czarki. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono w widoku na zalaczonej fotografii. Kieliszek ma czarke otwierajaca sie ku górze, w ksztalcie wewnatrzpustej bryly, u dolu w postaci paraboloidy obrotowej przechodzacej u góry w czesc pierscieniowa o rosnacej ku górze srednicy. Czarka z zewnatrz lukowo przeksztalca sie w profilowa nózke, która polaczona jest ze stopka. Dno czarki ma ksztalt stozkowy przenikajacy w nózke. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia czarki posiada zdobine w postaci delikatnych wgniecen, w ksztalcie plastra miodu, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii. Przedmiot wzoru przeznaczony jest do odtwarzania metoda hutnicza, szcze- gólnie metoda recznego formowania. PL PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since May 8, 2000. The design is for a glass. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the bowl and stem, as well as the decoration of the bowl. The design is shown in the attached photograph. The glass has a bowl that opens upwards, in the shape of a hollow solid, with a paraboloid of revolution at the bottom, transforming into a ring-shaped section with an increasing diameter towards the top. The bowl's exterior arcs into a profiled stem, which is connected to a foot. The bottom of the bowl is conical, extending into the stem. The outer surface of the bowl is decorated with delicate indentations in the shape of a honeycomb, as shown in the attached photograph. The subject of the pattern is intended to be reproduced using metallurgical methods, especially the hand-forming method. PL PL PL
