Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono w pólprzekroju i w pólwidoku na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia szklanke profilowa o pojemnosci 0,3 litra, fig. 2 szklanke szklanke profilowa o pojemnosci 0,5 litra. Szklanka profilowa o pojemnosci 0,3 litra, przedstawiona na rysunku fig. 1 ma ksztalt bryly, utworzonej z polaczenia u dolu krazka o lukowej powierzchni zewnetrznej stanowiacego dno z czara o ksztalcie wydrazonego stozka scietego laczacego sie ku górze z czescia pierscieniowa o rosnacej srednicy, a nastepnie z czescia pierscieniowa o malejacej srednicy, a pogrubione dno od strony podstawy ma wybranie dajace powierzchnie sferyczna przy czym stosunek maksymalnej srednicy czary do jej otworu wynosi okolo 1.13 Szklanka profilowa o pojemnosci 0,5 litra przedstawiona na rysunku fig. 2 ma ksztalt bryly szklanki z figi oraz stosunek maksymalnej srednicy czary do srednicy otworu wynosi okolo 1,11, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 2. PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since May 31, 1999. The design is a glass, particularly a beer glass. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape. The design is shown in a half-section and half-view in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a profile glass with a capacity of 0.3 liters, and Fig. 2 a profile glass with a capacity of 0.5 liters. The profile glass with a capacity of 0.3 liters, shown in Fig. 1, has the shape of a solid formed by the connection at the bottom of a disc with an arcuate outer surface, which constitutes the bottom, with a bowl in the shape of a hollow truncated cone, which connects upwards with an annular part of increasing diameter, and then with an annular part of decreasing diameter, and the thickened bottom on the base side has a recess giving a spherical surface, wherein the ratio of the maximum diameter of the bowl to its opening is about 1.13. The profile glass with a capacity of 0.5 liters, shown in Fig. 2, has the shape of a fig glass and the ratio of the maximum diameter of the bowl to the diameter of the opening is about 1.11, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2. The glasses according to the pattern have a marking on the bowl lines and an inscription specifying the capacity. The glass, according to the pattern, is intended for mechanical reproduction. PL PL
