Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 25.04.2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka przeznaczona szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i uformowaniu zewnetrznej powierzchni w róznych jej odmianach. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach, na których fig.1 - przedstawia widok z przodu butelki,a fig.2 - przedstawia widok z tylu butelki oraz fig.3 do fig.9 przedstawia- ja kolejne odmiany butelki. Jak pokazano na rysunkach - butelka stanowiaca przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego charakteryzuje sie tym,ze jej szyjka w górnej czesci posiada ksztalt walca,a ponizej przybiera ksztalt beczul- kowaty.Natomiast czesc zasadnicza butelki w górnej czesci posia- da ksztalt figury o konturach zblizonych do czaszy kulistej, której obrzeze lagodnym sfazowaniem laczy sie z czescia walco- wata butelki.Kolejne odmiany butelki róznia sie ksztaltem dolnej czesci bu- telki oraz zastosowaniem zdobienia na jej powierzchni bocznej. I tak odmiana przedstawiona na fig.1 i 2 charakteryzuje ais tym, ze w dolnej czesci posiada obwodowy wypukly pierscien"," a na po- lowie powierzchni czesci walcowatej posiada ozdobny motyw imitu- jacy konary drzew. Cdmi ana butelki przedstawiona na fig.3 i 4 — charakteryzuje si- 3 tym,ze jej czesc dolna laczaca sie z podstawa jest przedluzeniem czesci walcowatej i na polowie powierzchni bocznej czesci walco- watej posiada takze ozdobny motyw imitujacy konary drzew. Kolejna odmiana przedstawiona na fig.5 i 6 - charakteryzuje sie tym,ze w dolnej czesci laczacej sie z podstawa posiada obwodowy pas o srednicy równej srednicy czaszy kulistej stanowiacej gór- na czesc butelki i na polowie powierzchni bocznej czesci walco- watej posiada - analogiczny motyw jak w/wymienione odmiany - tj. motyw imitujacy konary drzew. Odmiana butelki przedstawiona na fig.7 - w dolnej czesci lacza- cej sie z podstawa ma obwodowy wypukly pierscien',a powierzchnia czesci walcowatej jest na calym obwodzie gladka. Nastepna odmiana butelki przedstawiana na fig.8 - charakteryzu- je sie tym,ze jej czesc dolna laczaca sie z podstawa jest prze- dluzeniem czesci walcowatej i cala powierzchnia boczna czesci walcowatej jest gladka. Kolejna odmiana butelki uwidoczniona na fig.9 - w dolnej czesci lac zacej sie z podstawa posiada obwodowy pas o srednicy równej srednicy czaszy kulistej stanowiacej górna czesc butelki a cala powierzchnia czesci walcowatej jest gladka. PL PL PLThe Bottle Design Registration Right is valid from April 25, 2000. The design is a bottle specifically designed for alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and the formation of the outer surface in various variations. The design is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the front view of the bottle, Fig. 2 shows the rear view of the bottle, and Figs. 3 to 9 show subsequent variations of the bottle. As shown in the drawings, the bottle that forms the subject of the decorative design is characterized by its neck being cylindrical in its upper part, and barrel-shaped below. Meanwhile, the main part of the bottle in its upper part has the shape of a figure with contours similar to a spherical cap, the rim of which connects with the cylindrical part of the bottle with a gentle chamfer. Subsequent bottle varieties differ in the shape of the lower part of the bottle and the use of decoration on its side surface. For example, the variety shown in Figures 1 and 2 is characterized by a circumferential convex ring in its lower part, and on half of the surface of the cylindrical part it has a decorative motif imitating tree branches. The bottle shown in Figures 3 and 4 is characterized in that its lower part, connecting to the base, is an extension of the cylindrical part, and on half of the side surface of the cylindrical part, it also has a decorative motif imitating tree branches. Another variety, shown in Figures 5 and 6, is characterized in that the lower part, connecting to the base, has a circumferential band with a diameter equal to the diameter of the spherical cap constituting the upper part of the bottle, and on half of the side surface of the cylindrical part, it has a motif analogous to the aforementioned varieties, i.e., a motif imitating tree branches. The bottle variety shown in Figure 7 has a convex circumferential ring on the lower part, connecting to the base, and the surface of the cylindrical part is smooth along its entire circumference. The next bottle variant, shown in Fig. 8, is characterized by its lower part connecting to the base being an extension of the cylindrical part, and the entire lateral surface of the cylindrical part is smooth. The next bottle variant, shown in Fig. 9, has a circumferential band in the lower part connecting to the base, with a diameter equal to the diameter of the spherical cap constituting the upper part of the bottle, and the entire surface of the cylindrical part is smooth.
