Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 16.07.2001. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka przeznaczona szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i zdobieniu powierzchni korpusu. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia widok z boku butelki, a fig. 2 - przedstawia widok z przodu butelki. Jak pokazano na rysunkach - butelka stanowiaca przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma cylindryczny korpus zakonczony u góry prosta szyjka z gwintem monopolowym. Ponizej szyjka ta lukiem wewnetrznym przechodzi w kulista piers stanowiaca górna czesc korpusu. Srednica piersi jest wieksza niz srednica korpusu i laczy sie z nim nieregularnymi zebami. Zeby te maja zarys trójkatów odwróconych do góry podstawa, umieszczonych na obwodzie piersi i stanowiacych polaczenie zpozostala czescia korpusu. Na obwodzie umieszczone sa na przemian zeby wieksze i mniejsze. Kazdy wiekszy zab przechodzi lukiem zewnetrznym w ostry koniec, a nastepnie lukiem wewnetrznym przechodzi do podstawy, skad znowu lukiem wewnetrznym przechodzi do wierzcholka mniejszego zeba i lukiem zewnetrznym do podstawy. Kazdy mniejszy zab ma podstawe okolo trzy razy mniejsza niz wiekszy zab. Natomiast w dolnej czesci korpus skosnym sfazowaniem przechodzi w podstawe posiadajaca ksztalt wysokiego, obwodowego pasa o srednicy wiekszej od srednicy korpusu i tworzacego dno lekko wglebione do srodka butelki. Ponadto na powierzchni korpusu - symetrycznie na dwóch bokach umieszczone jest wypukle zdobienie w szkle „kora". Kazde z lych zdobien ma zarys pnia drzewa z wychodzacymi na boki bezlistnymi konarami, przy czym podstawa tego pnia styka sie w dolnej czesci z krawedzia sfazowania, a dwa górne konary stykaja sie z zebami piersi butelki. PL PL PLThe Bottle Design Registration Right is valid from July 16, 2001. The design is a bottle specifically designed for alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface decoration. The design is shown in the drawings, where Fig. 1 shows a side view of the bottle, and Fig. 2 shows a front view of the bottle. As shown in the drawings, the bottle subject to the design is characterized by a cylindrical body ending at the top with a straight neck with a monopole thread. Below, this neck merges with an internal arc into a spherical breast, which constitutes the upper part of the body. The diameter of the breast is larger than the diameter of the body and is connected to it by irregular prongs. These teeth have the shape of triangles with their bases turned upwards, placed around the circumference of the breast and forming a connection with the rest of the body. Larger and smaller teeth alternate around the circumference. Each larger tooth has an external arc leading to a sharp point, then an internal arc to the base, from where it again follows an internal arc to the tip of the smaller tooth and an external arc to the base. Each smaller tooth has a base approximately three times smaller than the larger tooth. In the lower part, the body, with an oblique chamfer, transitions to a base shaped like a high, circumferential band with a diameter larger than the body and forming a bottom slightly recessed into the center of the bottle. Furthermore, a convex "bark" glass decoration is placed symmetrically on two sides of the body surface. Each of these ornaments has the outline of a tree trunk with leafless branches extending outwards, with the base of the trunk touching the chamfered edge at the bottom, and the two upper branches touching the prongs of the bottle's breast.
