Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do napojów, w tym szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i zdobieniu powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach na których fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku czolowym, fig. 2 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku, a fig. 3 - przedstawia odmiane butelki w widoku czolowym, oraz fig. 4 przedstawia odmiane butelki w widoku z boku. Jak pokazano na rysunkach fig. 1 i fig. 2 - butelka bedaca przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej szyjka posiada ksztalt wysmuklego walca, który u góry w poblizu gwintowanego nadlewu i przy polaczeniu z nim zmniejsza nieco swa srednice. U dolu natomiast - szyjka laczy sie z ozdobna kryza stanowiaca dekoracje zasadniczej, cylindrycznej czesci butelki Kryze te tworza cztery wypukle uformowane liscie o zabkowanych brzegach i wierzcholkach skierowanych w dól. Liscie te rozmieszczone sa symetrycznie na obwodzie w taki sposób, ze dwa przeciwlegle - te które umiejscowione sa z przodu i z tylu butelki nachodza nieco napozostale dwa liscie boczne. Ponadto na powierzchni kazdego z nich zarysowane sa linie imitujace nerwy liscia. Ponizej kryzy - cylindryczna, zasadnicza czesc butelki posiada ksztalt walca i jej powierzchnia jest gladka (satynowana). Natomiast dolna czesc butelki stanowi obwodowy pas w ksztalcie niskiego walca i srednicy nieco wiekszej niz srednica czesci zasadniczej. Pas ten laczy sie zarówno z czescia zasadnicza jak i z dnem butelki konturami lagodnego sfazowania. Odmiana butelki przedstawiona na rysunkach fig. 3 i fig. 4 - podobnie jak butelka opisana powyzej - charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej szyjka równiez posiada ksztalt wysmuklego walca, który u góry, w poblizu gwintowanego nadlewu i przy polaczeniu z nim, zmniejsza nieco swa srednice. U dolu natomiast - szyjka laczy sie z ozdobna kryza stanowiaca dekoracje zasadniczej, cylindrycznej czesci butelki. Kryze te tworza cztery wypukle uformowane liscie o zabkowanych brzegach i wierzcholkach skierowanych w dól. Liscie te rozmieszczone sa symetrycznie na obwodzie w taki sposób, ze dwa przeciwlegle - te które umiejscowione sa z przodu i z tylu butelki nachodza nieco na pozostale dwa liscie boczne. Ponadto na powierzchni kazdego z nich zarysowane sa linie imitujace nerwy liscia. Ponizej kryzy - cylindryczna, zasadnicza czesc butelki posiada ksztalt walca i jej powierzchnia jest gladka (satynowana). Natomiast dolna czesc butelki stanowi obwodowy pas w ksztalcie niskiego walca i srednicy nieco wiekszej niz srednica czesci zasadniczej butelki. Pas ten laczy sie zarówno z czescia zasadnicza jak i z dnem butelki konturami lagodnego sfazowania. Ponadto nad górnym stazowaniem tego pasa umieszczony jest drugi, obwodowy pas dekoracyjny. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface decoration. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a frontal view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a side view, Fig. 3 shows a variant of the bottle in a frontal view, and Fig. 4 shows a variant of the bottle in a side view. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the bottle that is the subject of the industrial design is characterized by its neck having the shape of a slender cylinder, which slightly reduces in diameter at the top near the threaded boss and when connected to it. At the bottom, the neck connects to a decorative collar, which decorates the main, cylindrical part of the bottle. These collars are formed by four convexly formed leaves with serrated edges and downward-pointing tips. These leaves are arranged symmetrically around the circumference, so that two opposite ones—those located at the front and rear of the bottle—slightly overlap the other two lateral leaves. Furthermore, lines imitating the leaf's veins are outlined on the surface of each collar. Below the collar, the cylindrical, main part of the bottle is cylindrical in shape and has a smooth (satin) surface. Meanwhile, the lower part of the bottle is a circumferential band in the shape of a low cylinder with a diameter slightly larger than the main part. This band connects to both the main part and the bottom of the bottle with gently chamfered contours. The bottle variant shown in Figures 3 and 4—like the bottle described above—is characterized by its neck also having a slender cylindrical shape, which slightly reduces in diameter at the top, near the threaded boss and at the junction with it. At the bottom, the neck connects to a decorative flange that decorates the main, cylindrical part of the bottle. These flanges are formed by four convexly formed leaves with serrated edges and downward-pointing tips. These leaves are arranged symmetrically around the circumference, so that the two opposite leaves—those located at the front and rear of the bottle—slightly overlap the other two lateral leaves. Furthermore, lines imitating the leaf's veins are drawn on the surface of each. Below the flange, the cylindrical, main part of the bottle is cylindrical in shape and has a smooth (satin) surface. The lower part of the bottle is a circumferential band in the shape of a low cylinder with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the main part of the bottle. This band connects to both the main part and the bottom of the bottle with the contours of a gentle chamfer. Furthermore, a second, circumferential decorative band is placed above the upper edge of this band. It is composed of eight convexly formed, adjacent small leaves with their tips pointing upward and their bases slightly truncated at the base adjacent to the chamfer.
