Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z nadrukiem przeznaczona do napojów, w tym szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i zdobieniu powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 do fig. 4 przedstawiaja widok czolowy butelki w jej czterech 4 - ech odmianach, w tym fig. 1 - przedstawia podstawowy wzór butelki, fig. 2 - przedstawia odmiane butelki z dekoracyjnym pasem dolnym, fig. 3 - przedstawia odmiane butelki ze stylizowanym napisem ZUBRÓWKA i fig. 4 - przedstawia butelke z dekoracyjnym pasem dolnym oraz ze stylizowanym napisem ZUBRÓWKA. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface decoration. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 show a frontal view of the bottle in four of its variants, including Fig. 1 showing the basic bottle design, Fig. 2 showing a variant with a decorative bottom band, Fig. 3 showing a variant with a stylized ZUBRÓWKA inscription, and Fig. 4 showing a bottle with a decorative bottom band and a stylized ZUBRÓWKA inscription. As shown in Fig. 1, the bottle subject to the industrial design is characterized by its neck being shaped like a slender cylinder, which slightly reduces in diameter at the top near the threaded boss and when connected to it. At the bottom, the neck connects to a decorative flange, which decorates the main, cylindrical part of the bottle. These flanges are formed by four convexly shaped leaves with serrated edges and downward-pointing tips. These leaves are arranged symmetrically around the circumference, so that two opposite ones—those located at the front and rear of the bottle—slightly overlap the other two lateral ones. Furthermore, lines imitating the leaf's veins are outlined on the surface of each flange. Below the flange, the cylindrical, main part of the bottle is cylindrical in shape, and on the cylinder's front surface is a drawing depicting a forest with a bison rubbing its back against two tree trunks joined at their bases. The upper part of the bottle is a circumferential band in the shape of a low cylinder, slightly larger in diameter than the main part. This band connects both the main part and the bottle's bottom with gently beveled contours. The bottle variant shown in Fig. 2—like the bottle described above—is characterized by a neck also shaped like a slender cylinder, which decreases slightly in diameter at the top, near the threaded riser and at the point of connection with it. At the bottom, the neck connects to a decorative collar, which decorates the main, cylindrical part of the bottle. These collars are formed by four convexly formed leaves with serrated edges and downward-pointing tips. These leaves are arranged symmetrically around the circumference, so that two opposite leaves—those located at the front and rear of the bottle—slightly overlap the other two lateral leaves. Furthermore, the surface of each collar is marked with lines imitating the leaf's veins. Below the collar, the cylindrical main part of the bottle is cylindrical in shape, and on the front surface of this cylinder is a drawing depicting a forest with a bison rubbing its back against two tree trunks joined at the base. The lower part of the bottle, meanwhile, is a circumferential band in the shape of a low cylinder, with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the main part of the bottle. This band connects to both the main body and the bottom of the bottle with gently chamfered contours. Furthermore, a second, circumferential decorative band is placed above the upper chamfer of this band. It is composed of eight convexly formed, adjacent small leaves, with their tips pointing upward and their bases slightly truncated at the base adjacent to the stop. Another bottle variety, shown in Fig. 3, is characterized by its neck having the shape of a slender cylinder, which slightly reduces in diameter at the top near the threaded riser and when connected to it. Below the inscription is a drawing of a forest and, against the background, a bison rubbing its back against two tree trunks joined at their bases. Meanwhile, the lower part of the bottle is a circumferential band in the shape of a low cylinder, slightly larger in diameter than the main body. This band connects to both the main body and the bottom of the bottle with gently angling contours. The bottle variant shown in Figure 4—like the bottle described above—is characterized by its neck also having a slender cylindrical shape, which slightly reduces in diameter at the top, near the threaded boss and where it connects. At the bottom, the neck connects to a decorative flange that decorates the main, cylindrical part of the bottle. These flanges are formed by four convexly formed leaves with serrated edges and downward-pointing tips. These leaves are arranged symmetrically around the circumference, so that the two opposite leaves—those located at the front and rear of the bottle—slightly overlap the other two lateral leaves. Below the rim, the cylindrical body of the bottle is cylindrical, and on the front surface of this cylinder is the inscription "ZUBRÓWKA" in stylized letters arranged along a slightly wavy line. Below the inscription is a drawing of a forest and, against the background, a bison rubbing its back against two tree trunks joined at their bases. The lower part of the bottle is a circumferential band in the shape of a low cylinder, with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the body of the bottle. This band connects both the body and the bottom of the bottle with the contours of a gentle chamfer. Furthermore, above the upper edge of this band is a second, circumferential decorative band. It is composed of eight convexly formed, adjacent small leaves, with their tips pointing upward and their bases slightly truncated at the base adjacent to the chamfer.
