Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka przeznaczona do magazynowania, transportu i sprzedazy cieczy, zwlaszcza napojów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i zdobieniu powierzchni korpusu. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, fig.1, fig.2, fig.3, fig.4, przedstawiajacych cztery odmiany butelki.Zgodnie z wzorem zdobniczym, i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach, pierwsza odmiana butelki charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma cylindryczny korpus z szyjka zakonczona gwintem monopolowym , przy czym gwint przechodzi w prosta szyjke, która lukiem wewnetrznym przechodzi w piers. Srednica piersi jest wieksza niz srednica korpusu. Piers jest polaczona z czescia korpusowa osmioma regularnymi ryflami. Ryfle wychodza z dolnej czesci szyjki, rozszerzaja sie, osiagajac najwiekszy wymiar na wysokosci okolo 2/3 od górnej powierzchni. Ryfle maja zarys podluznych platków kwiatów, opadajacych na piersi butelki, lekko zaostrzonych w dolnej czesci. Korpus w dolnej czesci przechodzi w podstawe butelki, której srednica jest taka jak srednica piersi butelki. Odmiana butelki jest przedstawiona na rysunku, fig.l. Druga odmiana butelki jest przedstawiona na rysunku, fig.2. Charakteryzuje sie tym, ze dodatkowo na powierzchni bocznej korpusu ma zdobienie „kore". Kora ma zarys pni drzew z wychodzacymi na boki bezlistnymi konarami. Zdobienie jest umieszczone w ukladzie pionowym. Podstawy pni stykaja sie w dolnej czesci, a wierzcholki stykaja sie w górnej czesci z ryflami opadajacymi na piers butelki. Zgodnie z wzorem zdobniczym, i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, trzecia odmiana butelki charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma cylindryczny korpus z szyjka zakonczona gwintem monopolowym, przy czym gwint przechodzi w pekata szyjke, która lukiem wewnetrznym przechodzi w piers. Srednica piersi jest wieksza niz srednica korpusu. Piers jest polaczona z czescia korpusowa osmioma regularnymi ryflami. Ryfle wychodza z dolnej czesci szyjki, rozszerzaja sie, osiagajac najwiekszy wymiar na wysokosci okolo 2/3 od górnej powierzchni. Kora ma zarys pni drzew z wychodzacymi na boki bezlistnymi konarami. Zdobienie jest umieszczone w ukladzie pionowym. Podstawy pni stykaja sie w dolnej czesci, a wierzcholki stykaja sie w górnej czesci z ryflami opadajacymi na piers butelki. PL PLThe Bottle Design Registration Right is valid from November 10, 2000. The design is a bottle intended for storing, transporting, and selling liquids, particularly alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and surface decoration of the body. The design is shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4, which depict four bottle variants. According to the design, and as shown in the attached drawings, the first bottle variant is characterized by a cylindrical body with a neck terminated with a monopole thread, the thread transitioning into a straight neck, which extends through an internal arc into the neck. The neck diameter is larger than the body diameter. The bottle's breast is connected to the body by eight regular grooves. The grooves extend from the lower part of the neck, widening, and reaching their greatest dimension approximately two-thirds from the top surface. The grooves have the outline of elongated flower petals, falling onto the bottle's breast, slightly pointed at the bottom. At the bottom, the body merges into the bottle's base, the diameter of which is the same as the bottle's breast. One bottle variety is shown in Fig. 1. The second bottle variety is shown in Fig. 2. It is characterized by an additional "bark" decoration on the side surface of the body. The bark has the outline of tree trunks with leafless branches extending outwards. The decoration is arranged vertically. The trunk bases meet at the bottom, and the tops meet at the top with the grooves falling onto the bottle's breast. According to the decorative pattern and as shown in the attached photographs, the third bottle variety is characterized by a cylindrical body with a neck terminated with a monopole thread, the thread transitioning into a bulging neck, which, by an internal arc, merges into the breast. The diameter of the breast is larger than the diameter of the body. The breast is connected to the body by eight regular grooves. The grooves extend from the lower part of the neck, widening, reaching their largest dimension approximately two-thirds from the top surface. The grooves have the outline of elongated flower petals, descending onto the bottle's breast, slightly pointed at the bottom. The body in the lower part, approximately one-sixth from the bottom, widens slightly. The base has the diameter of the bottle's breast. This bottle variety is shown in Figure 3. The fourth bottle variety is shown in Figure 4. It is characterized by the fact that, unlike the third variety, it has a "bark" decoration on the side surface of the body. The bark has the outline of tree trunks with leafless branches extending to the sides. The decoration is placed in a vertical arrangement. The bases of the trunks meet in the lower part, and the tops meet in the upper part with grooves falling on the breast of the bottle. PL PL
