Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac butelki na wódke przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i grafice. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku'z góry, lig. 5 - butelke w widoku od spodu, której dno jest ozdobione motywem, a fig. 6 - butelke w widoku z prawej strony, przy czym widok butelki z lewej strony stanowi obraz zwierciadlany widoku butelki z prawej strony.Butelka na wódke o wydluzonej nieco stozkowej szyjce i glówka gwintowana z kolowym pierscieniem usytuowanym ponizej górnej czesci gwintowanej, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpus butelki jest polaczony z szyjka lagodnymi lukami, pijzy czym czesc wklesla dna butelki jest ozdobiona reliefem, a w czesci srodkowej dna motywem w postaci stylizowanego globusa opasanego wstega z napisem CIIH. Nad globusem jest umieszczony rysunek kasku ze skrzydlami, a nad nim umieszczony jest napis SOJUZPLODIMPORT usytuowany lukowo srodkowo, zas pod globusem ma napis RUSSIA usytuowany takze lukowo srodkowo. Pokazana przykladowo butelka na wódke wedlug wzoru zdobniczego posiada w dolnej i górnej czesci wybrania wyznaczajace powierzchnie etykietowa. Dolna czesc przedniej strony butelki jest ozdobiona poziomym rzedem niewielkich okraglych wystepów. The subject of the ornamental design is a vodka bottle, intended for pouring, transporting and storing strong alcoholic beverages. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of a vodka bottle manifested in its shape and graphics. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the bottle in a front view, Fig. 3 - the bottle in a back view, Fig. 4 - the bottle in a top view, and 5 - a bottom view of the bottle, the bottom of which is decorated with a motif, and Fig. 6 - a right-side view of the bottle, where the left-side view of the bottle is a mirror image of the right-side view. This vodka bottle with an elongated, slightly conical neck and a threaded head with a circular ring located below the upper threaded part is characterized by the body of the bottle being connected to the neck with gentle arcs, whereby the concave part of the bottle bottom is decorated with a relief, and the central part of the bottom with a motif in the form of a stylized globe surrounded by a ribbon with the inscription CIIH. Above the globe is a drawing of a helmet with wings, and above it is the inscription SOJUZPLODIMPORT located in a central arc, while below the globe is the inscription RUSSIA located in a central arc. The vodka bottle shown here, in its ornamental design, has recesses at the top and bottom, defining the label area. The lower part of the bottle's front side is decorated with a horizontal row of small, circular protrusions.
