Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 23 wrzesnia 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka przeznaczo- na do napojów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac butelki zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych i pr ze j awia j a.ca sie w jej ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na foto- grafiach, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke wedlug wzoru zdobniczego w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - butelke wedlug wzo- ru zdobniczego w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - butelke wedlug wzoru zdobniczego w widoku z boku. Butelka wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma korpus w ksztalciewalca zwezajacego sie u góry z utworzeniem czaszy kulistej zakonczonej beczkowata szyjka z walcowata biala nakretka i majacego podstawe o nieco wiekszej srednicy niz walcowy korpus zaopatrzona na powierzchni zewnetrznej w sasiadujace ze soba splaszczone obszary. Z przodu, na walcowym korpusie butelki znajduje sie plytkie wklesniecie, nad którym na powierzchni czaszy kuli- stej znajduje sie wypukly relief z wizerunkiem herbu, a z tylu na walcowym korpusie butelki znajduje sie wypukly re- lief z wizerunkiem medali, herbu i napisów STALINSKAYA i STRONG VODKA wykonanych majuskulami. Nakretka na swojej walcowej powierzchni ma czerwony pasek z napisem STALIN- SKAYA wykonanym majuskulami w kolorze bialym, nad tym pa- skiem zas znajduje sie wizerunek herbu w kolorach czerwonym i zóltym. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the bottle aimed at aesthetic purposes and manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in photographs, with Fig. 1 showing the bottle according to the ornamental design from the front, Fig. 2 - the bottle according to the ornamental design from the back, Fig. 3 - the bottle according to the ornamental design from the side. The bottle, according to the decorative pattern, has a cylindrical body that tapers at the top to form a spherical bowl, ending in a barrel-shaped neck with a cylindrical white cap. Its base is slightly larger in diameter than the cylindrical body, and its outer surface is provided with adjacent flattened areas. At the front, the cylindrical body of the bottle features a shallow concavity, above which, on the surface of the spherical bowl, is a convex relief with an image of the coat of arms. At the back, the cylindrical body of the bottle features a convex relief with images of medals, the coat of arms, and the inscriptions "STALINSKAYA" and "STRONG VODKA" in capital letters. The cap has a red stripe on its cylindrical surface with the inscription STALINSKAYA in white capital letters, and above this stripe is an image of the coat of arms in red and yellow.
