Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej fotografii, przedstawiajacej maskotke w widoku z boku. Maskotka - slimak wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma postac zwierzecia - slimaka i sklada sie z trójwymiarowych elementów - glowy zaopatrzonej w pare czulków, nogi i skorupy. Glowa ma ksztalt gruszki i znajduje sie na niej czesc twarzowa z para okraglych oczu, brwiami i pólokraglym otworem ustnym. Noga ma ksztalt splaszczonego walca, wygietego ku górze tym koncem, który laczy sie z glowa. Skorupa ma ksztalt spiralnie zwinietej tasmy, symbolizujacej zwój wykladziny. Slimak jest dwukolorowy. Czesc jego elementów jest w kolorze pomaran- czowym, a czesc w ciemnoniebieskim. PL PLThe ornamental design registration right has been in effect since April 5, 2001. The design is for a snail mascot. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and color. The design is shown in the attached photograph, which shows the mascot from a side view. The snail mascot, according to the design, takes the form of a snail and consists of three-dimensional elements: a head equipped with a pair of antennae, a leg, and a shell. The head is pear-shaped and features a facial part with a pair of round eyes, eyebrows, and a semicircular mouth. The leg is shaped like a flattened cylinder, curved upward at the end that connects to the head. The shell is shaped like a spiral ribbon, symbolizing a carpet roll. The snail is two-toned. Some of its elements are orange, others dark blue.
