Pierwszenstwo : 6.08.1999 r. /Francja/ Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka przeznaczona do magazynowania, transportu i sprzedazy cieczy, zwlaszcza napojów. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu w pierwszym wariancie wykonania, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku perspektywicznymw pierwszym wariancie wykonania, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z przodu w drugim wariancie wykonania, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku z boku w drugim wariancie wykonania. Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym, i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, butelka o ksztalcie zblizonym do cylindra z cylindryczna szyjka i nakretka, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z przodu posiada waska prostokatna podstawe a powyzej butelka posiada zwezenie, które rozszerza sie ku górze. Przy krawedzi górnej szerokosc butelki jest równa szerokosci podstawy. Od krawedzi górnej do podstawy jest umieszczona, po luku, linia pod która w polowie wysokosci jest umieszczony stylizowany napis ZAWISZA a ponizej rysunek pieczeci z ptakiem w czesci centralnej. Ponizej krawedzi górnej butelki umieszczony jest rysunek imitujacy herb z ptakiem, tarcza i motywami roslinnymi. W pierwszym wariancie wykonanie w czesci centralnej w widoku z przodu jest umieszczona czarna ze zlota obwódka etykieta o ksztalcie przypominajacym tarcze. W czesci górnej jest usytuowany zloto czerwony stylizowany napis ZAWISZA a pod nim jest umieszczony zólty stylizowany napis CZARNY. Pod nim w owalu znajduje sie rysunek popiersia mezczyzny. W czesci srodkowej etykiety na bordowej szarfie jest umieszczony bialy stylizowany napis WÓDKA. PL PL PLBottle The right of registration of an ornamental design is valid from: February 3, 2000. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view in the first embodiment, Fig. 2 - the bottle in a perspective view in the first embodiment, Fig. 3 - the bottle in a front view in the second embodiment, Fig. 4 - the bottle in a side view in the second embodiment. According to the decorative pattern, and as shown in the attached illustration, the cylinder-shaped bottle with a cylindrical neck and cap is characterized by a narrow rectangular base in the front view, with a narrower, narrower base above it, widening upward. At the top edge, the bottle's width is equal to the base's width. From the top edge to the base, a line runs in an arc, below which, at mid-height, the stylized inscription "ZAWISZA" is placed, and below it, an image of a seal with a bird in the central part. Below the upper edge of the bottle, an image imitating a coat of arms with a bird, shield, and floral motifs is placed. In the first version, a black label with a gold border, shaped like a shield, is placed in the central part in the front view. At the top, a stylized gold and red inscription "ZAWISZA" is placed, and below it, a stylized yellow inscription "CZARNY" (Black). Beneath it, in an oval, is a drawing of a man's bust.
