( Francja ) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka przeznaczona do przechowywania substancji plynych. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku na boczna i przednia scianke, fig. 2 - butelka w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z tylu.Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym butelka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada na swojej powierzchni wybrzuszenie o stalej szerokosci usytuowane od okolo 1/10 wysokosci od podstawy do okolo 1/2 wysokosci butelki, które jest umieszczone na sciankach przedniej, bocznych i brzegach scianki tylnej, przy czym krawedz wybrzuszenia jest pólkolista. Na wybrzuszeniu, na sciance przedniej i czesciowo sciankach bocznych znajduje sie dwubarwna etykieta z ciemniejszymi, szerokimi, pionowymi pasami na bokach a jasnym w czesci srodkowej, na którym w czesci górnej umieszczony jest stylizowany napis z podkreslonym poczatkiem i koncem wyrazu i malym trójkatem umieszczonym nad srodkowa czescia napisu, pod nim jest rzad napisów i rysunek dwóch wieloboków w kolorze bocznych pasów etykiety. Taki sam stylizowany ale wypukly napis usytuowany jest nad wybrzuszeniem, na sciance przedniej butelki. Na okolo 1/4 wysokosci od góry butelki znajduje sie obejma w kolorze bocznych pasów etykiety, na której obwodzie sa umieszczone, w polowie wysokosci, wypukle trójkaty. Powyzej obejmy butelka posiada plaskie kopulowe zakonczenie z malymi wystepami umieszczonymi naprzeciw siebie przy krawedzi górnej. W przestrzeni pomiedzy krawedziami wybrzuszenia, na sciance tylnej usytuowana jest etykieta z napisami takimi jak na jasnej czesci etykiety w widoku z przodu. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and surface arrangement. The subject of the ornamental pattern is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a view of the side and front wall, Fig. 2 - the bottle in a front view, Fig. 3 - the bottle in a back view. According to the ornamental pattern and as shown in the attached illustration, the bottle is characterized in that it has on its surface a bulge of constant width located from approximately 1/10 of the height from the base to approximately 1/2 of the height of the bottle, which is placed on the front, side walls and edges of the back wall, wherein the edge of the bulge is semicircular. On the bulge, on the front wall, and partially on the side walls, there is a two-color label with darker, wide, vertical stripes on the sides and a light one in the center. The upper part of the label features a stylized inscription with the beginning and end of the word underlined and a small triangle placed above the center of the inscription. Below it is a row of inscriptions and an image of two polygons in the color of the side stripes of the label. The same stylized but convex inscription is located above the bulge on the front wall of the bottle. Approximately 1/4 of the way up from the top of the bottle is a band in the color of the side stripes of the label, with convex triangles placed around its circumference halfway up. Above the band, the bottle has a flat, domed top with small protrusions placed opposite each other at the top edge. In the space between the edges of the bulge, on the back wall, there is a label with the same inscriptions as on the light part of the label in the front view.
