Pojemnik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 11 stycznia 2000 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik w postaci tuby do kosmetyków. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika do kosmetyków zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych i przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na foto- grafiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik wedlug wzoru zdobniczego w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 przedstawia pojemnik wedlug wzoru zdobniczego w widoku z tylu.Pojemnik w postaci tuby ma czesc górna w kolorze ja- snym i czesc dolna w kolorze ciemnym, przy czym z przodu na powierzchni górnej czesci znajduje sie trapez róznoramienny w ciemnym kolorze, majacy pionowe podstawy, na powierzchni którego wzdluz dluzszego boku znajduje sie napis, a pod tym trapezem znajduje sie obwiedziony cienka, srebrna .linia prostokat, na którym jest umieszczony stylizowany rysunek ust oraz wyraz SORAYA wykonany majuskulami, przy czym poni- zej tego prostokata znajduja sie cztery rzedy napisów, z których rzad najwyzszy jest podkreslony srebrna linia, z tylu pojemnika natomiast znajduja sie napisy rozmieszczone w dwóch grupach. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of a cosmetics container, aimed at aesthetic purposes and manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The subject of the ornamental pattern is shown in photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the container according to the ornamental pattern in a front view, and Fig. 2 shows the container according to the ornamental pattern in a back view. The container in the form of a tube has a light upper part and a dark lower part, while on the front surface of the upper part there is a dark, equal-armed trapezoid with vertical bases, on the surface of which along the longer side there is an inscription, and under this trapezoid there is a rectangle outlined with a thin, silver line, on which is placed a stylized drawing of lips and the word SORAYA written in capital letters, while below this rectangle there are four rows of inscriptions, the top row of which is underlined with a silver line, while on the back of the container there are inscriptions arranged in two groups.
