Pojemnik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 10 grudnia 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik do kosme- tyków . Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika do kosmetyków zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych i przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia po- jemnik wedlug wzoru zdobniczego w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawia pojemnik wedlug wzoru zdob- niczego w widoku perspektywicznym z boku.Pojemnik wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma ksztalt scietego stozka eliptycznego, którego górna podstawa jest lekko wy- pukla, a powierzchnia stozkowa ma czesc dolna w jasnym ko- lorze i czesc górna w ciemnym kolorze, przy czym z przodu na dolnej czesci powierzchni stozkowej u góry znajduje sie trójkat nierównoramienny zwrócony wierzcholkiem do dolu i majacy na swojej powierzchni napis usytuowany wzdluz dluz- szego boku, pod tym trójkatem zas znajduje sie obwiedziony cienka linia prostokat, na którym jest umieszczony stylizo- wany rysunek ust oraz wyraz SORAYA wykonany majuskulami, ponizej tego prostokata natomiast znajduja sie napisy w dwóch rzedach, pod tymi napisami znajduje sie przebiegajacy poziomo falisty element, ponizej którego sa usytuowane na- pisów w trzech rzedach, z tym ze napisy znajdujace sie pod prostokatem sa wykonane fantazyjna czcionka z przemiesza- niem majuskul z minuskulami. PL PLContainer The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since 10 December 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a cosmetics container. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of a cosmetics container, aimed at aesthetic purposes and manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The subject of the ornamental pattern is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 - shows the container according to the ornamental pattern in a perspective view from the front, Fig. 2 - shows the container according to the ornamental pattern in a perspective view from the side. The container according to the ornamental pattern has the shape of a truncated elliptical cone, the upper base of which is slightly convex, and the conical surface has a lower part in a light color and an upper part in a dark color, while at the front, on the lower part of the conical surface at the top, there is an isosceles triangle with its apex down and with an inscription on its surface located along the longer side, under this triangle there is a rectangle surrounded by a thin line, on which there is a stylized drawing of lips and the word SORAYA written in capital letters, below this rectangle there are inscriptions in two rows, below these inscriptions there is a horizontally running wavy element, below which there are inscriptions in three rows, but the inscriptions below the rectangle are made in a fancy font with a mixture of capital letters and minuscules.
