Zestaw opakowaniowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 10 grudnia 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw opakowaniowy do kosmetyków skladajacy sie z pudelka i pojemnika. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac zestawu opakowaniowego do kosmetyków zmierzajaca do celów estetycz- nych i przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i ukladzie linii.
