Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, wlasciwosci powierzchni, rysunku ikolorystyce, nadajaca opakowaniu oryginalny i bardzo interesujacy wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony w zalaczeniu, gdzie fig.1 pokazuje czolowa, przednia scianke pudelka, fig.2 przedstawia w rozwinieciu pozostale trzy scianki pudelka, dwie boczne i tylna, fig.3 i fig.4 przedstawiaja powyzsze pudelko z innymi znakami informacyjnymi, fig.5 i fig. 6 przedstawiaja odmiane pudelka, przy czym fig.5 pokazuje scianke przednia, a fig.6 - rozwiniecie pozostalych trzech scianek, fig.7 i fig.8 przedstawiaja jeszcze inna odmiane pudelka, podobnie jak wyzej, fig.7 - scianke czolowa przednia, a fig.8 - dwie scianki boczne i scianke tylna, fig.9 i fig. 10 przedstawiaja pudelko pokazane na fig.7 i fig.8, z innymi znakami informacyjnymi. Opakowanie kosmetyku stanowi prostopadloscienne pudelko. Tlo calego pudelka ma kolor jasno-zielony, matowy. Na tym tle naniesiony jest nieco ciemniejszy i blyszczacy motyw roslinny. W dolnej lewej czesci czolowej scianki znajduje sie rysunek z pekiem granatowych winogron z liscmi w podobnym, jasniejszym odcieniu. W dolnej czesci wszystkich scianek, czolowej, bocznych i tylnej, przy samej dolnej podstawie pudelka znajduje sie szeroki granatowy pas ze srebrnym cienkim paskiem na tle granatowego pasa, w niewielkiej odleglosci od podstawy pudelka. Nad granatowym pasem w odstepie równym szerokosci paska srebrnego, znajduje sie cienki pasek granatowy. Na wszystkich sciankach i podstawach dolnej i górnej znajduja sie napisy i znaki informacyjne w kolorze granatowym, a na czolowej sciance ponadto napis w kolorze srebrnym Opakowanie pokazane na fig.1 i fig.2 ma ksztalt szescianu. Opakowanie pokazane na fig.3 i fig.4 ma równiez ksztalt szescianu, ale zawiera inne znaki informacyjne. Odmiana opakowania z fig.5 i fig.6 maksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratu, a odmiana opakowania pokazana na fig.7 i fig. 8 ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata. The essence of an ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape, surface properties, design, and color scheme, giving the packaging an original and highly interesting appearance. The subject of the design is presented in the attachment, where Fig. 1 shows the front wall of the box, Fig. 2 shows an expansion of the remaining three walls of the box: two sides and a back wall, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 show the above box with other information signs, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 show a variation of the box, where Fig. 5 shows the front wall, and Fig. 6 shows an expansion of the remaining three walls, Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 show yet another variation of the box, similar to the one above, Fig. 7 shows the front wall, and Fig. 8 shows two side walls and a back wall, Fig. 9 and Fig. 10 show the box shown in Fig. 7 and Fig. 8, with other information signs. The cosmetic packaging is a cuboid box. The background of the entire box is light green, matte. A slightly darker, glossy floral motif is applied to this background. The lower left part of the front panel features a drawing of a bunch of navy blue grapes with leaves in a similar, lighter shade. At the bottom of all the panels—front, sides, and back—at the very bottom of the box, a wide navy blue stripe with a thin silver stripe against the navy blue stripe, a short distance from the base of the box. Above the navy blue stripe, at a distance equal to the width of the silver stripe, there is a thin navy blue stripe. All the panels and the bottom and top panels feature navy blue inscriptions and information signs, and the front panel also features a silver inscription. The packaging shown in Figures 1 and 2 is cube-shaped. The packaging shown in Figures 3 and 4 is also cube-shaped but contains different information signs. The packaging variant shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 has the shape of a cuboid with a square base, while the packaging variant shown in Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base.
