Opakowanie Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa: od dnia 19 marca 1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest opakowanie wielofunkcyjne, przeznaczone do transportu i przechowywania oraz eksponowania i sprzedazy, szczególnie wyrobów wedliniarskich. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, barwie oznaczen i napisów oraz scianek stanowiacych ich tlo a takze we wzajemnym usytuowaniu napisów i oznaczen usytuowanych na sciankach. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, gdzie fig.1, fig.4, fig.7, fig.10, fig.13, fig.16 przedstawiaja odmiany opakowan w stanie otwartym, przeznaczonych do prezentacji i sprzedazy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2, fig.5, fig.8, fig.11, fig.14, fig.17 przedstawiaja odmiany opakowan w stanie zamknietym przeznaczonych do transportu i przechowywania w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.3, fig.6, fig.9, fig.12, fig.15, fig.18 przedstawiajarozwiniecie plaszczyzn bocznych poszczególnych szesciu odmian opakowan. Opakowanie w stanie otwartym przeznaczone jest do prezentacji i sprzedazy, wykonane jest z tektury w ksztalcie poziomo usytuowanego prostopadloscianu. Górna scianka opakowania pelni funkcje otwieranego wieczka, które polaczone jest z pozostala czescia opakowania przegubem utworzonym w górnej krawedzi tylnej scianki. Górna scianka ma na swym przedluzeniu wystep. Wieczko w swej srodkowej czesci zagiete jest do srodka. Z pierwszej czesci zagietej górnej scianki, powyzej osi zagiecia, wyciety jest element plaszczyzny w postaci wycinka w ksztalcie polowy owalu opartego na dluzszej jego osi, na którym umieszczony jest znak graficzny w ksztalcie owalu z granatowym tlem. Znak towarowy na swym tle ma wpisana cienka zlota owalna linie. W górnej czesci zlotej linii usytuowany jest ozdobny ornament w ksztalcie zlotej korony a w dolnej czesci umieszczony jest zloty napis. W srodkowym fragmencie owalnej plaszczyzny znaku umieszczony jest napis wykonany bialymi malymi stylizowanymi literami, przy czym litery te maja czesciowa obwiednie w formie zlotego cienia. Pod znakiem usytuowany jest bialy napis a pod nim napisy uksztaltowane w formie wycinka owalu, przy czym górna czesc napisu jest granatowa a dolna jest biala. Przednia pionowa scianka w swej górnej czesci ma wyciecie w ksztalcie odwróconego trapezu a dwie górne krawedzie scian bocznych maja przedluzenia w postaci waskich zakladek. Na sciankach bocznych opakowania wykonany jest duzymi bialymi literami napis a pod nim uksztaltowany w formie wycinka owalu granatowy napis. Pod ww. napisem umieszczony jest wyzej opisany owalny znak graficzny. Na przedniej sciance umieszczony jest takze owalny znak graficzny a pod nim granatowy napis. Tylna scianka ma umieszczony owalny znak graficzny a pod nim granatowe napisy. The essence of an ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and color of the markings and inscriptions, the walls constituting their background, and the relative positioning of the inscriptions and markings located on the walls. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached illustrations, where Fig. 1, Fig. 4, Fig. 7, Fig. 10, Fig. 13, Fig. 16 show variations of the packaging in an open state, intended for presentation and sale in a perspective view; Fig. 2, Fig. 5, Fig. 8, Fig. 11, Fig. 14, Fig. 17 show variations of the packaging in a closed state, intended for transport and storage in a perspective view; Fig. 3, Fig. 6, Fig. 9, Fig. 12, Fig. 15, Fig. 18 show the development of the side planes of the six individual packaging variations. The packaging in an open state, intended for presentation and sale, is made of cardboard in the shape of a horizontally oriented cuboid. The top wall of the packaging functions as an opening lid, which is connected to the remaining part of the packaging by a hinge formed in the upper edge of the rear wall. The upper wall has a protrusion along its extension. The lid is bent inward in its central section. From the first part of the bent upper wall, above the axis of the bend, a flat element is cut out in the form of a half-oval segment based on its longer axis. On this segment is placed a graphic symbol in the shape of an oval with a navy blue background. The trademark has a thin gold oval line inscribed on its background. At the top of the gold line is a decorative ornament in the shape of a gold crown, and at the bottom is gold inscription. In the central part of the oval surface of the symbol is an inscription in white, small, stylized letters, with the letters partially outlined in a gold shadow. Beneath the logo is a white inscription, and beneath it are inscriptions shaped like a segment of an oval, with the upper part of the inscription navy blue and the lower part white. The vertical front wall has a cutout in the shape of an inverted trapezoid at its top, and the two upper edges of the side walls have narrow extensions in the form of narrow tabs. The inscription is printed in large white letters on the side walls, and below it is a segment of an oval inscription in navy blue. Below the inscription is the oval graphic symbol described above. The front wall also features an oval graphic symbol, with navy blue inscription below it. The back wall features an oval graphic symbol, with navy blue inscription below it.
