Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie do napoju. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac opakowania do napoju przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane opakowania do napoju w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2.1 -2.4 - druga odmiane opakowania do napoju w widokach z kolejnych boków, fig. 2.5 - druga odmiane opakowania do napoju w widoku z góry. Opakowanie do napoju wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac kartonowego pudelka. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru opakowanie do napoju ma postac pudelka o ksztalcie zblizonym do smuklego prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratowej, przy czym wzdluz kazdej krawedzi bocznej prostopadloscianu sa uksztaltowane potrzy wgniecenia o zarysie owalnym usytuowane jedno nad drugim, a wzdluz osi pionowej kazdej ze scian bocznych sa uksztaltowane po dwa wgniecenia o zarysie owalnym usytuowane jedno nad drugim i przemiennie z sasiadujacymi wgnieceniami krawedzi bocznych. Na wierzchu pudelka jest zaznaczony kwadrat w innym kolorze z fantazyjnymi literami „m" i „j" i kropla z kóleczkiem pod nimi, a pod kwadratem jest napis „monster juice". Istotnymi cechami pierwszej odmiany wzoru opakowania do napoju jest to, ze ma ono postac pudelka o ksztalcie zblizonym do smuklego prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratowej, przy czym wzdluz kazdej krawedzi bocznej prostopadloscianu sa uksztaltowane po trzy wgniecenia ozarysie owalnym usytuowane jedno nad drugim, a wzdluz osi pionowej kazdej ze scian bocznych sa uksztaltowane po dwa wgniecenia o zarysie owalnym usytuowane jedno nad drugim i przemiennie z sasiadujacymi wgnieceniami krawedzi bocznych, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of beverage packaging, manifested in its shape, line layout, and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the beverage packaging in a perspective view, Figs. 2.1-2.4 - the second variant of the beverage packaging in views from successive sides, and Fig. 2.5 - the second variant of the beverage packaging in a top view. The beverage packaging according to the industrial design is in the form of a cardboard box. In the first variant of the design, the beverage packaging has the form of a box with a shape similar to a slender cuboid with a square base, where along each side edge of the cuboid there are three oval-shaped indentations located one above the other, and along the vertical axis of each of the side walls there are two oval-shaped indentations located one above the other and alternating with the adjacent indentations of the side edges. In the second design variation, the beverage packaging takes the form of a multicolored box, roughly shaped like a slender cuboid with a square base. Along each side edge of the cuboid are three oval-shaped dents, one above the other. Along the vertical axis of each side wall are two oval-shaped dents, one above the other and alternating with adjacent dents on the side edges. Each side of the box features a colorful, standing, fanciful dragon, whose eyes are depicted in the upper edge dents, its snout in the upper side dent, its torso clasped by paws in the lower side dent, and its legs extending towards the bottom corners of the box. On each side of the box, the dragon's snout has a different shape, giving it a different expression. On the top of the box is a square in a different color with the fanciful letters "m" and "j" and a drop with a circle beneath them, and below the square is the inscription "monster juice." The essential features of the first variant of the beverage packaging design are that it has the shape of a box similar to a slender cuboid with a square base, with three oval-shaped indentations arranged one above the other along each side edge of the cuboid, and along the vertical axis of each side wall, two oval-shaped indentations arranged one above the other and alternating with adjacent indentations on the side edges, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1. The essential features of the second variant of the beverage packaging design are that it has the form of a multi-colored box in the shape similar to a slender cuboid with a square base, where along each side edge of the cuboid there are three oval-shaped dents located one above the other, and along the vertical axis of each side wall there are two oval-shaped dents located one above the other and alternating with the adjacent dents of the side edges, and on each side of the box there is a colorful figure of a standing, fanciful dragon, whose eyes are depicted in the upper edge dents, the snout in the upper side dent, the trunk embraced by the paws in the lower side dent, and the legs spreading towards the lower corners of the box and on On each side of the box, the dragon's mouth has a different shape, giving it a different expression. On the top of the box, there is a square in a different color with fancy letters "m" and "j" and a drop with a circle under them, and under the square there is the inscription "monster juice", as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 2.1-2.5.
