W drugiej odmianie wzoru opakowanie do napoju ma postac pudelka o ksztalcie zblizonym do smuklego prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratowej, przy czym na kazdej krawedzi, powyzej jej srodka, bocznej prostopadloscianu jest uksztaltowane jedno wgniecenie o zarysie kolowym. Na kazdym boku pudelka jest przedstawiona zólta glowa fantazyjnego stworzenia, którego oczy, w postaci bialo-czerwonych okregów, sa przedstawione we wgnieceniach, nos ma ksztalt dwóch czerwonych plamek usytuowanych nizej na srodkach boków, a pod nim jest zarysowany równiez czerwony pyszczek z wystajacym czerwonym jezykiem, o innym wyrazie na kazdym boku pudelka. Nad oczyma sa namalowane czerwone wlosy. Przy krawedziach górnych i dolnych pudelka, na czerwonym tle, sa rozmieszczone przemiennie na kazdym boku napisy „Seary Saueezer" i „tollkirsche-limone". Na wierzchu pudelka o czerwonym tlejest przedstawiona zólta plama rozlanej cieczy, z kóleczkiem w jednym narozu. W trzeciej odmianie wzoru opakowanie do napoju ma postac pudelka o ksztalcie zblizonym do smuklego prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratowej, przy czym na kazdej krawedzi, powyzej jej srodka, bocznej prostopadloscianu jest uksztaltowane jedno wgniecenie o zarysie kolowym. Na kazdym boku pudelka jest przedstawiona zólta glowa fantazyjnego stworzenia, którego oczy, w postaci zólto - czerwonych okregów, sa przedstawione we wgnieceniach, nos ma ksztalt dwóch czerwonych plamek usytuowanych nizej na srodkach boków, a pod nim jest zarysowany równiez czerwony pyszczek z wystajacym zielonym jezykiem, o innym wyrazie na kazdym boku pudelka. Nad oczyma sa namalowane czerwone wlosy. Wierzch pudelka jest czerwony. W czwartej odmianie wzoru opakowanie do napoju ma postac pudelka o ksztalcie zblizonym do smuklego prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratowej, przy czym na kazdej krawedzi, powyzej jej srodka, bocznej prostopadloscianu jest uksztaltowane jedno wgniecenie o zarysie kolowym. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of beverage packaging, manifested in its shape, line arrangement and color. In the first variant of the design, the beverage packaging has the form of a box with a shape similar to a slender cuboid with a square base, with one circular dent formed on each lateral edge above its center. In the second variant of the design, the beverage packaging has the form of a box with a shape similar to a slender cuboid with a square base, with one circular dent formed on each lateral edge above its center. Each side of the box features the yellow head of a fantasy creature, whose eyes, in the form of red and white circles, are dented. The nose is shaped like two red spots located lower in the center of the sides, and below it is a red muzzle with a protruding red tongue, with a different expression on each side of the box. Red hair is painted above the eyes. At the top and bottom edges of the box, on a red background, are the words "Seary Saueezer" and "tollkirsche-limone" alternating on each side. On the top of the red-background box, a yellow stain of spilled liquid is depicted, with a circle in one corner. In the third variation of the design, the beverage packaging takes the form of a box shaped like a slender cuboid with a square base, with a circular dent on each edge above its center. Each side of the box depicts the yellow head of a fanciful creature, whose eyes, in the form of yellow and red circles, are depicted within the dents. The nose is shaped like two red spots located lower in the center of the sides, and below it is a red muzzle with a protruding green tongue, with a different expression on each side of the box. Red hair is painted above the eyes. The top of the box is red. In the fourth variation of the design, the beverage packaging takes the form of a box shaped like a slender cuboid with a square base, with a circular dent on each edge above its center. Each side of the box depicts the yellow-green head of a fanciful creature, whose eyes, in the form of yellow-green circles, are depicted within the dents. The nose is shaped like two green spots located lower in the center of the sides, and below it is a green muzzle with a protruding red tongue, with a different expression on each side of the box. Green hair is painted above the eyes. The top of the box is green. The essential features of the first variant of the beverage packaging design are that it has the form of a box in the shape of a slender cuboid with a square base, where on each side edge, above its center, of the cuboid, there is one circular dent, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1. The essential features of the second variant of the beverage packaging design are that it has the form of a box in the shape of a slender cuboid with a square base, where on each side edge, above its center, of the cuboid, there is one circular dent, and on each side of the box there is a yellow head of a fantasy creature, whose eyes are in the form of white and red circles. are depicted in dents, the nose is in the shape of two red spots situated lower in the middle of the sides, and below it there is also a red open mouth with a protruding red tongue, with a different expression on each side of the box, and above the eyes there is red hair painted, and at the top and bottom edges of the box, on a red background, there are alternately placed inscriptions "Seary Saueezer" and "tollkirsche-limone" on each side, while on the top of the box with a red background there is a yellow spot of spilled liquid, with a circle in one corner, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 2.1-2.6. The essential features of the third variant of the beverage packaging design are that it has the form of a box in the shape of a slender cuboid with a square base, with one circular dent on each edge above its center, and on each side of the box there is a yellow head of a fanciful creature whose eyes, in the form of yellow and red circles, are depicted in the dents, the nose is in the form of two red spots located lower in the centers of the sides, and below it there is an outlined, also red, muzzle with a protruding green tongue, with a different expression on each side of the box, while above the eyes there is painted red hair, and the top of the box is red, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 3.1-3.6.
